Customer services contact numbers and emails do not work :(
It just took minutes in finding the right date and the prices.the price was just right.it was easy to go through the process.I'm very happy with how everything went…
Great prices but I received email with a different amount mentioned in US$ (I bought in CAD$). When we spoke with the customer service, they assured that we will be charged whatever amount was shown in CAD$. So I sincerely hope that will be the case.
Other than that, great experience and great price.
Website was user friendly, easy to navigate and understand.
All was good, except I was told when I wanted to change dates less than 24hours after initial, that I would get back 3/4 of my payment instead of 100%. I stayed with my original dates, rather than losing 25%.Just like other companies once booked no change.
I feel like the plafrom needs improvement. It doesn't feel safe. Overall your customer service team reasured me but I'm waiting tp see how this trip will unfold.
It is easy to book, and the price is good. I would recommend the website to friends. I hope when I go to the airport, the check in will be smooth too.
I reserved my flight online and it was supposed to cost me about 3200 Canadian Dollars. And then somehow when I did the payment I saw that I have been charged more than 600 CAD extra for the flexible ticket which I didn't need. So I used online chats to ask to remove the flexible ticket. But the operator said that the price is "Slightly changed" and the price for tickets is 98 USD more expensive. I asked for a discount and they dropped the price change to 50 USD. I confirmed the price in USD which I think it was about 2600 USD because I trusted your company. But after confirmation I realized that it cost me 3700 CAD. So basically I am still charged for that flexible ticket, without having it! All because I trusted you. I am not happy with this at all.
Not a bad experience for first time usin g this website.Did get a cheaper airfare than going directly thru the Airline. Would use again.
Reservation and confirmation was too quick and overall was very good experience.

If you are a new user, you have to register before you can use any of our CRA sign-in services.
If you have forgotten your CRA user ID for any of the following CRA sign-in services, you cannot recover it. You have to register again.
In the site they mentioned full refund before 24 hours but when I received my booking confirmation it says not refundable.
By the way price was good
It was simple and easy, and I got a decent rate which I'm really happy about!
