“Sounds good when booking but they don't follow through”

They make it sound smooth and easy then do not follow through. We were going with another couple and they got cancelled because of no follow ip by these incompetent folks. They were using credits and were told to check in three days. Went to check and were cancelled. We decided not to go because when we checked ours also had not been updated. Refuse to refund only give you credits even if it is their fault. If it were it for the credits I would never use these incompetent souls again. Very ugly experience and costly

Basicaly i purchased a vacation and two extras. The two extra were cancelled. I ask for refund and cheapcarribean says they see it non cancelled and therefore it is not refundable. For $#*! sake. They cancelled on me. Give me my money. Do not trust them they take your money and give you zero guarrantee... In my world it s called fraud.

The site is ok, but it doesn't keep your preferences, like where you want to fly out from. How many nights you want to stay. When you search for a place to go and then click on a resort and back out, all your preferences are set back to the default and you need to start over. Very annoying.

I will not be booking with this travel service again. Went through hell to do a cancelation and everyone keeps giving you the run around. Plus use another service I regret not listening to the reviews

We were supposed to depart for our destination on April 22,2022. However, upon arriving to the airport we realized we grabbed to wrong passports. I tried to call the Frontier Airline to reschedule our Flight around 530 that morning. Frontier said that since Apple Leisure made the reservations they are the only ones to make Flight adjustments, that I could not do it myself. I called the during travel number I received on my confirmation email and the message you get says the number has changed and to press 1 (I believe) for travel. I was already skeptical at this point but the gentleman that answered told me that I had been a marked a "no-show" by the airline and my return had been canceled. He told me that I only had a certain window where he could make Flight adjustments before it closes out and then it wouldn't be possible. He said in order to change my flight to the next day it would be an additional $700 or to change it to Sunday it would be an additional $600. When I asked him if I could csll back in like an hour he said those flights wouldn't be available. I did not end up paying the additional amount because when I searched flights there were much cheaper ones. I called the airline after hanging with the first guy I talked to to see if I indeed did have a return flight. They confirmed that I did and to contact Cheap Caribbean to ensure they didn't cancel the flight. I called back and spoke to another gentleman and after I explained what the situation was and not to cancel my return flight he hung up on me. This happened all day! So I ended up driving back home from Philadelphia to upstate New York because I wasn't getting anywhere that day and felt I had no other choice. The next day I called the number back and was lucky enough to speak to Janel Cullinan, a during travel representative. She not only stayed on the phone with me while trying to navigate Frontier's horrible customer service but also argued with them on my behalf. She stayed on the phone for over 3 hours on a 3-way call trying to get everything straightened out. Not once did she tell me that I would have to pay a crazy amount of money to get my flight changed. In fact she argued on my behalf that I should have never been marked a no-show by the airline because in the notes from the following morning they clearly stated that I had shown up for my flight. If it wasn't for her help I would have not been able to get everything straightened out and was able to enjoy 4 of the 7 days we paid for. Thank you again Janel!

We have been to Riviera Maya hotel "Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda" hotel in August 2020. Because of COVID-19, the hotel was filled at about 25% of its capacity. That's the reason why the variety of food was limited, but the food itself was pretty tasty.
Only two restaurants were open per night, and in order to make reservation for next day dinner, you have to physically appear at the lobby every morning to see concierge.
The beach was disgusting, the sea water was dirty and the button has plenty of silt. Never go there if you beach lover! Terrible color of the sea! However, the swimming pools are very good and really giant.
At the evening time, there're tons of mosquitoes, swarms of those flying insects! Probably, they don't fight mosquitoes, we never saw fumigation process. At the hotel's territory, there are 2 or 3 real swamps, where those mosquitoes breed.
Mosquitoes was the reason why we never visit any show at the theater.
The personal at the hotel was nice and friendly, everyone was wearing mask and other protective equipment.
Service of "Cheap Caribbean" was really disappointed; we'll never be their client anymore. During 11 days of our stay, they never show up and ignored our calls. We tried to buy some excursion via "Cheap Caribbean", but with no success. Finally, we bought couple excursion from local company.
The room was spacious and clean. Every room has balcony of patio.

I booked a reservation to santo Domingo for three days. I paid 419.00 for a resort that it was not what I was looking for. There are two resorts starting with same name, so I got the wrong one. When I realized that I wanted to cancel or to be transfer to closer one where I could take my mother for mothers day. It was a nightmare. They refused to transfer me to another resort and cancel reservation they charge 50% off of what you pay. They offer what they do not have. They have resorts with poor quality services only. Transportation to the airport never showed up. A day before I called many times to follow transportation arrangements but it was a waste of energy and money. They did not care anymore after they got your money in their account.
