After an intial fairly good communication, after getting my bank transfer of funds their communication was so awful within the first 2 days that I asked for a refund before going any further. They would not answer any questions, would not give me any information, and just left me wondering. Only when I asked for a refund did they then purport to have already completed keyword research, in depth website analysis, and a video?... all in 1 day? However, I have never seen any of this and they refused to refund me any of my money despite the SEO invoice being for 4 weeks of SEO that I paid for... and I had 1 day with nothing done! Oh by the way, anyone with any SEO knowledge will know that if you complete keyword research then you're actually supposed to let the client know the results straight away so you can make an informed decision as to what keywords to actually submit.? Oh, and also when I asked about what they had analysed on my website they admitted only looking at 2 pages, then when asking for a refund they then told me they had done an in depth review of all my website... really? Anything I should know about my website then? They have basically ripped me off. It's now been well over a month - no work done - no contact - they've basically taken my money for nothing. So I'm now pursuing legal channels for breach of contract as I have proof of an invoice paid for 4 weeks of SEO but I received neither any work or any refund. Do yourself a favour and don't trust this company, they are not ligit.
