You are just decided to send the travelers home with no explanation and kept $1,433.94. I was told to repurchase another two tickets round trip for them with another airline and will receive a refund to pay the new tickets. I did what you told me to do now you are refusing to refund my money back. You are a liar, you don't care about helping customers but taking their money. I paid you are $1,433.94 and I don't understand why you think you're entitled to keep $1433. 94 from a single parent. You need to learn how to do your job and providing accurate information to customers so things like do not happen again. I am tired of dealing with this situation and it's almost a year with no resolution. I need my money back. You are putting me through so much pain and suffering and you are don't do something about it you will hear from my lawyer. The response you sent to me has nothing to do with the issue because my brother did not need a visa to travel where there were going and they have already traveled and been back home.
