I have been trying to find good chat solution for my radio for quite a while and am really satisfied I found Chatroll as their service is easy to implement and moderate if needed. The one thing I don`t like of them is that the free version is too restricted - only 10 users, while the first paid plan is expensive $10 a month. While satisfied with them overall I hope that they will rethink their pricing policies as they really limit any small communities that would like to use their services.

Your application does not work. I don't like the fact that you are not even reachable. Thank God I had not paid for it. I am hoping you don't contact me unless you are offering me a free month of free Chatroll to undo the terrible experience I have had. You totally wasted 48 hours for me. That is a lot of time for someone whose interest is online sales. Why are you even paying for a server or whoever keeps emailing me the same stupid link that does not help me? Do you know that the social on your page is totally dead? Your site needs a review and I won't mind giving one.

Tip for consumers:
Don't even try, a total waste of time and no support available.

Withing the last 2-3 months our chatroll chat room has experienced multiple down times. Those down times always come prime time in the evening or during the weekends. It's starting to get frustrating and I am urging our site to find a new chat client.

Horrible service. Outages multiple times a week. They got rid of their customer service phone number so that you couldn't call about outages, and when you submit an email they only say they are working hard to resolve the problem. VERY unreliable, and wouldn't give them a dime of my money going forward.

Left the website since i was facing problems on it. The speed went slow and chunks of musics were distorted.

I've used their site for several years, and their service is apalling. Frequently freezes up or eats posts, archives get randomly deleted and getting responses from the customer service team is like trying to pull teeth from an unsedated angry rhino. After all the archives for all the chats I participate in were randomly deleted in mid-feb I submitted an e-mail to their service team asking what had happened. They advised me that if I signed into my 'paying profile' they could retrieve my archives but that they were not retrieving the archives of free profiles at that time. As the work that had been deleted was very very important and not completely backed up, I registered as a paying member and e-mailed again to ask when and if the archives could be retrieved. Althought the paying subscription is advertised as having better service, I have written five e-mails and recieved no replies to any of them or any indication that anything at all has changed. They don't reply to the e-mails, have an unreachable service number, and if you use their service back everything up to the enth degree because it could be lost at any minute. Very very very unsatisfied.
