So I paid for a dress from Charmrosy (I saw the ad on Facebook) back in November 2019. It is now mid February, and even on their own website it still has not been prepared for delivery. So I can only assume they plan to take my money and run. Fortunately I've paid through Paypal so hoping I get a refund (fingers crossed).

This company is disgraceful in its false advertising of the dresses they have on their site. The fabric is cheap and wafer thin. The sizing is not accurate and the item that is sent out to you is different from the picture on the website. They show no regard for people who have paid hard earned money for their woeful excuse for clothes. When I asked for a refund they gave me the run around and offered $5.

Do not go anywhere near this company.

I purchased a dress from them the orange kimono style which looked gorgeous in the photo. The sizing was too large and the fabric is cheap. The colour of the sunflowers are bright and not muted like the photo. They wont give me a refund at all I am fighting them for this as they say they have a 30 day return policy.

They are cheap for a reason. Big disappointment.

Dont buy. What you get is completely different to the picture and description. It wont be the same print or material stated, its cheap polyester. The sizes are wrong and they wont ever return.

Worse company I have ever dealth with. I bought four dresses for $132 USD. The quality of the garments were poor. The material was thin and poor quality. I am a regular US size 6 and never had a problem but all dresses were tight especially on upper body. Requested a return address which set up an almost comical set of email responses ( 24 in total). They never provided return address. Kep asking for photos of me in clothes to prove too tight and photos of measuring tape accorss various aprts of garment. They kept offering refunds instead of return starting from $5. Eventually after all these emails and persisitent refusal to provide return address I accepted small refund and large loss. Avoid AT ALL COSTS

Beware when buying from them. Items aren't good quality and the sizing is off. Couldn't get a refund. I would give no stars if I could. Never again!

WARNING SCAMMERS! I have been inquiring now for several weeks to return my unworn items that I am unsatisfied with. Their website clearly states" If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly return your new and unworn items". THAT IS A LIE. They have offered to credit $35 when my order was over $160. Product is cheap and poorly sewn and the items make you look like a clown wearing a tent, but customer service is worse than the product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. They are scammers. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to not order from this joke of a company.

I ordered and payed for $120.00 worth of clothes months ago... I have not recieved anything. This company is run by thieves.

There's nothing ROSY' about this site. We've all been ripped off.

The dress is nothing like the photo. The material is so cheap and nasty, like slippery tissue paper.
Trying to get information for refund is awful, customer service is zero!
Lodging a complaint with Paypal after several emails to attempt to resolve.
Save your money.

I ordered 3 dresses, waited for them for eternity and when arrived was trying to return one of them.
At 1st they are like, please let us know why would you like to return the dress? I responded with reason.
2nd - They asked me to take pictures - I took pictures and sent it to them and they never responded.
I sent them email to follow up because on website it states that there are only 14 days for returns.
So finally 3rd they responded me with this email:
Dear customer,
Thank you for your email and sorry that we can't find the problem from the picture you sent.
As our return policy, you can return the parcel to us.
We only receive returning parcels in china now and the shipping cost will very expensive as high as 30-40 US dollars and it will spend too much time on the way.
So could you please consider to keep it and you can send the product to you friends as a gift？

ARE THEY FOR REAL?

THERE IS NO WAY TO RETURN ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE!

Clothes that arrive are nothing like their website. The sizes are wrong, the fabric is cheap and nasty and the sewing is an eyesore. You'll also never get a refund as they refuse. Beware and don't buy from them.

They make returning an item very difficult (asking for photos of You wearing the items and why you don't like the item and saying shipping to China is too expensive) so they offer a $5 refund (on a $100 order). They do not mention any of this on their website of where their warehouse is.

The dress I ordered looked gorgeous in the picture, looked dreadful when it arrived. Material is disgusting and sizing is ridiculous. They will not refund you and in fact rude in their correspondence. Will never buy from them again.
