Purchased an Early Edition Complete Series DVD from the rip-off company charmdvd online on 01-12-13 for $65. Was told it would arrive after 2 weeks w/o any tracking info provided. It has now over 2 months and still nothing! Only to fnd out after reading some reviews, this company and dvdtiger is only one! Thankfully, my credit card has a protection from fraud and I can be refunded against these scammers!

I bought for the complete set of little house on the prairie from this company last feb. They took my money out of my credit card immediately and $4 additional charges for an international fee. They didn't notify me about that until I saw it on my credit card statement. It's been 6 weeks and my order hasn't arrived yet! I made follow-ups and they're not responding to any of my emails! This is not a good way to treat customers. I won't tolerate this kind of business practice and will file a chargeback against this fraud company!
I ordered bonanza tv series and was told the package would arrive within 2 weeks. It’s been 8 weeks and I have received nothing. Read some forums and reviews, and it’s too late to found out that this site is a fraud and a scam like dvdtiger. I just gave my$129 just like that! What a rip-off!
