I bought a ring for an engagement however my fiance did not like the ring style that I picked on the website.
The customer service team were really understanding and helped issue a refund even though it was out of the international return policy by a couple of days.

Loved the ease of ordering, and how quickly my purchase arrived. Fiancee gets plenty of compliments on how beautiful her ring looks. Customer service was great. Ring arrived much sooner than expected. Explained to Customer Service Rep that the ring was not going to be given for another 2.5 weeks. I ordered a ring on clearance. My order came quickly, but it was not what I ordered, it was a more expensive ring. I called customer service and spoke with a young woman who told me that occasionally they send out something similar but a higher value when the item ordered is unavailable. She told me she would verify that was the situation and call me back, which she did, too tell me that was what had happened and the ring was mine. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I love my ring.

I lost a one carat diamond stud earring set in yellow gold. I was lucky enough to be able to purchase a one carat moissanite stone from you. That one was set in white gold so I took both of them to Jarods Jewelry store so they could reset my diamond in a white gold setting to match the moissanite. The goldsmith came out of the lab to ask me which one was the diamond. He said they both tested as diamond! I was able to tell because the moissanite stone was slightly larger.

Was buying a gift, and needed assistance. The person I spoke with was smart, helpful and happy to help. Outstandingly good. I will buy here again, because I got to speak with a person, not an automated voice. Companies that don't employ persons in customer service will eventually lose because the quest for profit, often leads to dead ends which damage a carefully built reputations.

This company has excellent customer service. I called after I ordered my ring to change the size and they were able to pull the order quickly before it shipped out and made the correction. The ring is absolutely beautiful. I purchased a two carat solitaire. My daughter has a two carat high quality diamond. To the naked eye you cannot tell which one is real. She is jealous since her fiancé paid thousands for her ring and I purchased mine on a Saturday sale.

I have owned a moissanite three stone ring for 10 plus years. I wear it every day because I love the design and comfort. By itself, the moissanite cushion cut diamond is beautiful, but it is slightly darker than the real diamonds I have surrounding the moissanite on my ring. It's especially noticeable when you see it in a picture and there are some rainbow sparkles in the sun, which real diamonds do not do. But for the money, I think it's worth it. Most people just glancing at it probably wouldn't notice.

My husband gave me one karat diamond earrings (Moissanite) for Christmas. He purchased them thru a local jewler. They had stud backings and I lost one, My fault--was in a hurry.
This year I ordered another pair with the "locked" backing. Very happy with them. This time I ordered online thru Charles Colvard.

I called twice and emailed, to try to get the ring size changed, but never received conformation. Since it was a special order, it took almost a month to receive the ring. My experience with Moissanite from Charles & Colvard has been exceptional. A few years ago, I bought a pendant for my wife. All of my purchases of Moissanite have been positive. The workmanship on the gold settings is quite good and the stones have all been remarkable. I am very concerned that other sellers are now featuring Moissanite----I don't know if the quality will be up to the standard that we have become accustomed to. I hope these new sellers will not dump inferior product on consumers----that would give Moissanite a bad name after so many years of nothing but good products.
