Amazing product, super happy. Looks amazing. Don't waste and spend your money on a diamond when you don't need to. Not sure about Charles and Colvard setting the stone, as I had it done elsewhere, but the Moissanite itself is gorgeous and nobody makes them better than CC

“Diamonds keep falling out”

I purchased a beautiful rose gold band and it has been in their possession more than it has been in mine. The ring arrived missing diamonds & in the last 2 years I have had to return the ring 4 times. Recently it took only 30 days for 1 diamond to fall out & the only thing they are willing to do is keep it for 2 weeks put the diamonds in & send it back to me. I have called numerous times & it's the same process. I never asked for a refund I asked for the ring I purchased to be of good quality.

I am contacting their customer service before buying a ring from them. Here is the conversation below. I don't mind if they are only providing 1 year warranty but don't fool your customers by a wording game.

Shopped for 2 years and finally saw the ring of our dreams at Moissanite.com
Bought a 2 carat "estate" ring for my wedding ring. Beautiful. So many people would comment on it and women would stare at it from across the restaurant.
But then the problems started. Within 2 months some of the smaller stones had fallen out. Took weeks and repeated calls before customer service would respond. Some snippy woman immediately said "It's been 30 days, you can't return it."
She finally agreed that it was under a1 year warranty and she would send us the FedEx envelope. It didn't come. Took another 6 weeks of back and forth, ignoring our calls, and more promises that the envelope was on the way before we finally got it.
A couple of weeks later we were contacted by a jeweler in New York. They had sent it to the wrong people, so they were forwarding it to the correct place.
So, it was finally repaired and returned to us. 3 months later more stones fell out and we went through the same runaround with customer service delaying repairs for months.
When I returned it, I also asked them to straighten the setting on the central stone since it was tilting to one side. They didn't.
2 months later another stone fell out. Only because of all their delays, it was out of warranty.
I noticed that they responded to someone saying that it wasn't them because they don't use wax molds. So apparently, they read these comments but still don't care about their quality of customer support.
The Charles and Colvard patent is just about to expire. I suggest buying from their competitors.

Ordered ct studs. Earrings are dull and lifeless no fire no color. I have other moissanite purchased years ago that is Much better. Mountings cheesy. Stones cloudy
Customer Service was difficult to talk to. I tried to get info about additional pieces and would have spent $5000. Phone customer service person was not able to help beyond what was printed in the online description. Which I can read for myself. They were unable to answer questions about design details or whether one of the rings could be sized or if the silver w platinum overlay could be sized. They were unable to provide details about a mounting that did not have back side pic.

I ordered an eternity band and a three stone ring. I have enjoyed the set very much. It is very sparkly and I get compliments on my beautiful "diamonds." It's nice to have the "show" without the huge expense. Moissanite is not inexpensive, but certainly not as costly as diamonds in a comparative size.
I do wish you offered "huggie" earrings.

I made a few purchases of forever brilliant stones and they are yellowish especially during the day. And at night they have many colors in them. I payed more because you advertising how white is the color in forever brilliant and how it is better looking than a real diamond. Well it is not the case. I bought small and big stones and it is the same problem with the color.

While the earrings are lovely, the delivery by Fed Ex Home Delivery was an exercise in absolute frustration. Part lies with Charles Colvard and not making it easily known to the buyer that a signature is required upon delivery. Fed Ex Home Delivery will NOT leave a package at the door, nor at a neighbors, nor will they accept a signed door tag. Additionally, they have a delivery window of 8AM to 8 PM, Tues-Sat. Yeah, so I waited around the better part of two days for the delivery (missed them the first day, unable to wait 12 hours). I'd much rather pay a shipping charge than experience the frustration with Fed Ex again.

I love the brilliance that moissanite gives but the color on the other hand is a totally different story. I have a few pieces and the larger stones have a definite yellow color to them. It makes me sad, but in different light they can look colorless. I decided to keep them since the solitaire I have is butted up to much smaller eternity bands on either side and you don't tell as much. I am very picky on my taste. I would not spend the money on larger stones (above a 1/2 carat). The larger the stone the worse the discoloration is.
