Amazing product, super happy. Looks amazing. Don't waste and spend your money on a diamond when you don't need to. Not sure about Charles and Colvard setting the stone, as I had it done elsewhere, but the Moissanite itself is gorgeous and nobody makes them better than CC

I purchased a beautiful rose gold band and it has been in their possession more than it has been in mine. The ring arrived missing diamonds & in the last 2 years I have had to return the ring 4 times. Recently it took only 30 days for 1 diamond to fall out & the only thing they are willing to do is keep it for 2 weeks put the diamonds in & send it back to me. I have called numerous times & it's the same process. I never asked for a refund I asked for the ring I purchased to be of good quality.

As this price point, you'd think at very least this jeweler would have nailed customer service. Nope. I have literally seen more concern over a $7.00 purchase off EBay that shipped from actual China. Rest assured though, your order will take just as long while you beg for information about shipment. I bought a "clearance" bridal set ring on a Sunday for $1,200, available in just two sizes. Website said it would ship in 3-5 days. No shipping notice on Friday, so then begins the challenge of trying to actually reach someone. I could not reach a person by phone at any hour or day. I cancelled via email due to delay and received a reply that it would be sent to the cancellation department and I'd receive notice of the refund processing. It' has been over 10 business days since and my refund has not been processed, so I filed a charge back. Absolute garbage company-if you can't rely on their word over simple things like shipping and communication how can you ensure they are being honest about their product being superior. Exceedingly inferior transaction.

Tip for consumers:
Go somewhere else. Too much money to have to beg for service.

My order with C&C recently was a disaster. They mailed me the wrong item. When I reached out they were rude and slow to respond. I've purchased from them for years, but currently just do not recommend. They sent me multiple shipments of the wrong order and then held my item hostage until I fixed their mistake. I'm sure there are way better vendors to work with at this price point.

I bought a beautiful ring after investigating this company. My ring has lost the side stone 2 time for a total of 9 stones. They do not back up repairing or replacing their merchandise! Please be cautious and you can go to a jeweller and have a lab grown diamond done for about the same price and have someone local take care of you.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from Charles and Colvard or The Bay!!!!

Do yourself a favor and find a different jeweler.
30 days after ordering I started to wonder what was going on.
After being told 3 times that my order "would be shipped tomorrow" they ask me to call them again and let me know that it will take an additional 4 months for development since they have a "design delay".
When speaking with customer service, they hang up on you, blind transfer you and have no info on what really is occurring.
Ended up requesting a refund (which has yet to come through) having not received any product and wasted a month.
Go elsewhere. No product to show as they take your money and don't deliver.

Before you purchase a Moissanite, ask the company to explain in detail about the "oil stain" film that will develope on the stone over a short time. It is just about impossible to get off and when you do, it comes back quickly. Your ring ends up looking like you are wearing auroa borealis crystals. This does not happen to real diamonds or CZ. Moissanite may sparkle and look pretty at first, but in the long run (a matter of months) you will be embarrassed to wear it. There is a reason there are so many for sale on ebay

Purchased my engagement ring September 2017. The main stone became loose in August 2020. Customer support sent me a new ring. Now, August 2023, the main stone fell out of my ring. Seems like they don't secure their stones well. I don't work a job that is tough on my hands. I am mostly a stay at home mom. When I asked Charles and Colvard how I can trust that the repair will be done well the 3rd time, I was told I need to ask them to secure the main stone well. Why don't they secure their stones on every ring they sell? Why does the customer need to specify that they perform quality work on their products?

Rubbish yellow looking stones that getter duller as you wear it. Cost £300 and even sent it back as a complaint at my own cost to Moissonite UK and they said there was nothing wrong with and offered me an up grade! And to pay a load more money to them! Laughable absolute rip off and i sincerely hope they go out of business.

Bought a 800+ ring that was damaged due to normal use for an active person. Ring was sent back to moissonite.com and they at first promised it would be taken care of free of charge, and that there was no problem. Months later, they decide the ring is too damage to be fixed and slap me with a 300$ bill to fix it. Stuck between my wife and the bill, you know I chose to pay it. Besides the double cross on the warranty, the company consistently failed to call me when they said they would. Double fail. One star is warranted for this kind of service.

I'm very unimpressed.

DO NOT BUY FROM CC MOISSANITE. They will NOT fulfill warranty. Total joke. If you buy from a "walk in store" rather than someone like Ebay, get it in WRITING. Stones will fall out rather quickly and they WILL NOT UPHOLD warranty. RUN... My humble opine only. Do your due diligence!

Bought a stone from them and it was fake. Within 24 hrs then send another stone, by regular mail, and it too was fake. Do not buy from these people. Scam artists all the way!

I have a 2.0tw; 3stone; 14k ring that the band cracked. I find that damaged jewels can be replaced for a fee, at the retailer where purchased. The retailer, Robinsons-May, are no longer in business and your warranty will not cover this problem. Why would 14k gold crack? I believe I purchased an inferior ring! I will make no further moissanite purchases and will advise others to do like wise.

I was so disappointed and had I of bought my earrings I would have returned but they were a gift from my husband, and he ordered the 1 carat diamond size each ear, HOWEVER they are less than the 2 sets of diamonds I have the least being 40 points each. I would say they are about 30-35 points and NOWHERE near the 1 carat diamond size each ear.

I would love a 2-3 carat diamond size pendant but so expensive I might as well buy diamonds. They are pretty, but not worth the cost.

Month later checked my credit card and was not charged so I ordered another one AND SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN?!?! Now I am stuck with one earring and can't wear it..

Two rings were ordered. One for Mother's Day and the other to be used as an engagement ring. I called and emailed customer service (cs) to advise the wrong engagement ring was sent. It took them close to a month to send me the return shipping label. My wedding was at the end of May. So I did not have the correct ring for the wedding! Now the ring has been returned close to a month. CS said the incorrect ring would have to be sent back before the correct ring could be sent. CS still has not sent the correct ring. I'm over it! CS sucks! I'll look elsewhere for a ring. I don't want to do anymore business with MOISSANITE.com!

I made the online purchase on March 10,2015. After a week I contacted the live chat to get an update on the order, only to find out the item had been oversold. I was assured a very similar item would be shipped in its place. So I waited the another week, contacted live chat to find nothing had been sent or moved on this order again. I was once again assured a replacement item of equal or greater CTW would be sent and arrive at my residence by March 26,2015. I also received an email from "Monique Williamson" stating the same. All I asked for was a tracking number once the item was sent. This also never happened.

These earrings were intended as a gift to be handed over on March 27, the reason I made the purchase well in front of your listed lead time. I believe I have been more than understanding and patient with the handling of this order. No tracking info, no item …. March 30,2015.

I also would like to point out the companies communication to the customer is lacking. I have ordered several different items, never receiving tracking/shipping information on any of them. I have had to be proactive and call or use live chat which takes a painful amount of time to get help. I doubt this is an isolated case considering the pattern that has been set.

March 10, online purchase
March 18, live chat asking for order update. Informed over sold March 25, Live chat and Phone call. Assured an item would be shipped and tracking info would be provided no later than March 26.
March 26,27 no tracking info. No reply via direct email and phone call.
March 30, Nothing 1.5 hours via live chat. Phone call from "Monique Williamson" and an email. I was assured I would be taken care of March 30, I received a refund of $40 for shipping with no explanation?
March 31, emailed "Monique Williamson" and questioned the refund via paypal, I assume since there was no further detail the order was still stalled. My assumption was correct, not only did I not get the item there would be no item sent. I requested a refund due to lost confidence they could complete my order.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I was in the process of purchasing a $5500 dollar ring from them! They sent me a wax mold of the ring to approve the design and size! They forgot to mention that this wax mold would cost me $600! I ordered the ring in a size 5.5 the same size as my class ring! They made the mold in a size 5 I couldn't even get it over my knuckle, I called them and even showed them e-mails of their mistake, they told me it would cost another $600 to redo the mold! I decided to cancel my order, they told me they would issue a full refund for the mold if I sent it back, so I did at my expense with delivery confirmation and packaged it really well in a big box and had the delicate wax mold in a small jewelry box had the post office stamp fragile on the box and put a sticker that said fragile all the way around it. Then the company refused the shipment, causing it to be returned to sender. Causing me to pay $600 for a worthless wax ring! I don't trust them and would never do business with them! It was their mistake yet they wanted to charge me to fix it! I tried posting a review on their website but since it has to be "reviewed" it didn't make it to the site, they only post the good reviews, and no negatives! They only correspond through e-mail so be aware of that as well! Buy your beautiful ring else where, unless you have an unlimited budget and if you do, then you do better getting diamonds!

Since Charles Winston left Charles & Colvard. The quality of Moissanite. Has gone down. The color has a slight yellow to it. More importantly, the sparkle is much less than previously. I have a large collection, but am seriously considering buying CZs.

I paid for an engagement ring during a 25% off sale and received an email two days later from GlobalShopex (the international checkout company moissanite.com use) saying the item was out of stock. I chatted with Khalilah on moissanite.com and "They don't have access to international orders, contact the checkout company". When I pointed out how ridiculous it is that the company selling the ring doesn't know if they even have the item to sell the point got through. The ring was indeed out of stock.

Now I'm $4000 out of pocket until the paypal reverses, I'ved missed the 25% off sale and don't have the ring I wanted. Oh, and the ring is still showing as "in stock" for the next unsuspecting customer to go through this ordeal.

UPDATE: I finally received the ring, once Moissanite, com had finally figured out they did actually have the ring in stock, international shipping was relatively fast. The ring is of terrible quality, the stone was about to fall out! See it here: https://youtu.be/vr5FggTIgRU

Thier sales policy is that "All International sales are final" So I'm stuck with this thing. I'm furious. I told Moissanite.com, as an FYI and to see if their quality control was interested in this abysmal product and their reply was snarky and dismissive. It really added insult to injury.

I have previously purchased Moissanite size 6 rings and I am happy with there fit.
The ring I received for this latest order was too large to be a size 6 and had to be sent back for re-sizing. When I opened the box the ring fell out.It was not in the ring slot making this a sloppy presentation in receiving the ring. The re-sized ring was delayed in my receiving. I had to call Moissanite to check on the statics of the ring. I was very unhappy with Moissanite because you could not give me a delivery date for the re sized ring.
I had no idea when it was coming.It was by luck I was home the day it came. When opening the box of the re sized ring, the ring fell out. It too was not secured in the box. Making my experience disappointing, again!

As a long-time, satisfied Moissanite owner and customer, I purchased a lovely $200 ring from Moissanite.com at the end of December, 2013. Upon arrival, the large center stone was loose. It continued to loosen until it finally fell out in after about 2 mos of non-continuous, light use. I called, and their representatives assured me that they would send me a shipping label so I could exchange it.

It took several phone calls, over an extended and generous period of time on my end, to get said shipping label. I finally got it and returned the ring WITH the stone that fell out of it, as I had promised.

A month and a half went by, with me repeatedly, yet politely, calling about the whereabouts of my replacement. The first rep told me it would arrive within a week. The second told me that the ring was actually being sent out for repair and would take about 2 wks. The 3rd and 4th call I made told me, no, they had it in the warehouse this entire time, and didn't know why it hadn't been sent out.

Each call I made assured me the replacement ring would be sent to me by a promised date. Each promised date passed with no ring or word from them. I ended up calling the district manager. He, like EVERY other "customer service" interaction I had with this company, expressed absolute astonishment and dumbfounded at the profoundly awful experience I was having.

I was always VERY kind with them, and they were always kind to me. But there was NO FOLLOW-THROUGH.

Anyways, the manager, who seemed horrified by my story, unquestionably said he would look into all this, and call me back, never did. Nor did he resolve a single thing. Even when I called him a 2nd and 3rd time... no response at all.

Eventually, I did tell them on a couple occasions, how I was just blown away the amazingly poor experience this had been, and I told them how it was making me not want to do business with them again. But they always sounded very reassuring, apologetic, and convincing about their promise to follow through, each time.

When I finally got the replacement ring, its center stone was even looser than the first ring was upon arrival. I couldn't believe they didn't check the ring before sending it, especially after all this. Regardless, it was one of the 2 side stones fell out either the day that I got it, or the next, which was when I noticed it was gone. This time I realized that their products were not constructed well, and I wanted a refund.

Again, I was promised shipping labels and again, it took several phone calls and weeks of waiting. Finally, I got the label and sent it back. Well, they received the ring on March 19,2014 and I have YET to get my refund-it's now JUNE 15 and I am completely sick of calling them and wasting my time.

I am feeling robbed at this point.

On my last call to them, I was assured that my money would be put back into my PayPal account within 4 days max. That was a week and a half ago.

I had a halfway decent ring for 2 months, and it's replacement for one day. The other FOUR MONTHS have been an absolutely ridiculous ordeal. I am beyond fed up with this company. I honestly cannot believe it's been so bad. This is the worst customer service experience of my life. I hope no one goes through what I have, and I will now leave reviews in hopes that they will be deterred from doing business with this awful company.

I ordered a 5.5 ctw pair of stud earrings, martini setting, with threaded back - I received probably a 2.0 ctw pair of stud earrings in a four prong setting with a friction back. I called them and I spoke to a completely un-apologetic person who had an attitude and spoke to me as though I were an idiot. She stated they must have just picked the wrong pair, well that's a $1,200 oops! I wonder now if this is a common occurrence. I expect them to pay for return shipping (which I had to ask for) all I was offered was an RMA number (whatever that is - you should explain your internal jargon for those of us who don't work for your company) then I had to ask her what to do with this RMA number. Be very careful if you order from them, make sure you get what you paid for, and good luck getting in touch. They have "LIVE" chat - but there is no "LIVE" person on the other end, their phone number goes to voicemail during regular business hours (I was lucky to get through once) I would NOT recommend this company, it's too much money for a potential bait and switch, and then it's on you to return their screw up.
