When my family was moving we decided to change our address online to save some time. So, I googled "change of address" knowing that the post office website would only charge $1. The first link that popped up was USPS Change of Address so I clicked it. This is NOT the USPS website! This stupid company charged me 19.95 three times! So then I called them to see about getting a refund and explain what happened, and the guy that answered told me he'd only be able to refund $5! So I asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me that he was the only one there! What kind of bull is that?! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!
