Beware of many of these new schemes that use social media like ads on Instagram or Twitter with great looking products but like other reviews, many times you never received the product. If you do it's far below the quality described at purchase, and realize that they are sourced directly from Chinese or Asian producers and when you now read the return policy, it's written so refunds are really not an option. Much of this is not disclose at the time of purchase. Contacting their support is an even bigger run around when you're looking for updated tracking information if you're actually looking to get the product. In the end, I am reminded of the statement "if it looks too good to be true it probably is"... save your money and buy elsewhere.

Beware! I ordered and paid via Paypal, and then received a shipment confirmation and tracking number for a Chinese carrier a few days later. The tracking number was invalid, so I contacted support and was told to wait 7 days. After 7 days I wrote again and was told to wait 30 days. I've now escalated to Paypal and will dispute with my CC company if Paypal can't help. Also worth noting that, after ordering, they'll spam you multiple times a day with junk mail that doesn't stop when you 'unsubscribe'. I've also had a significant increase in spam from companies I've never interacted with, so I'm fairly certain they shared my email with other companies without my consent, in violation of GDPR.

The video on facebook mobile was great, shows "Secure-Tech" Anti Theft Backpack". I needed an anti-theft backpack, perfect. Click on the link, select your color, pay through Paypal and you're done. Fast and easy. I did not open the order confirmation that came, because... it was a confirmation, I knew I ordered it. The label on the outside package from Beijing said "Secure-Tech Anti- Theft Backpack", but it was clearly just a cheap counterfeit. No packing slip. Then I checked my order confirmation and it said the order was for a "Zizco Anti-Theft Backpack". Contacting Chance Craft, if I sent it back (tracked and insured for big bucks) back to GuangDong China, they MIGHT refund the money but only if "there were defects". They pointed to their returns policy. 100% money back** (**If it's damaged or defective and you pay to return it to China, and they decide if you are to be refunded.) Seriously. Way to scam. I'm disputing the charge with the CC company, hoping for the best. Won't do that again.
