This company has been run in the ground. Great product horrible customer service. Mismeasured windows and doors then long turnaround times. No compensation for your wait. Oh, no manager is going to call you back or answer their phone either

NEVER NEVER use Champion Windows & Exteriors for your windows, siding, gutters, etc.! It's been 1 year and we still do NOT have what we ordered.

June 2017 we hired them to replace 8 windows and 1 patio door. July 2017 we added 3 windows and 1 patio door to the order - which pushed out our install, understandable. We were told that (and it says in the paperwork) it will be 6-8 weeks to install. After a few calls to see when we will get our windows and patio doors, all was installed on November 1,2017. That's when we're told that the "color bond" we ordered takes longer - would have been nice to have been told that at time of order. The install team was great. The color we ordered was Not the color we were expecting. We were shown color samples that are not true to color. Bcuz the color name matches the order form, there's nothing we can do about it. The samples we were shown were not true to color. Next, the patio door in the dining room had square grids - we did not order grids for either patio doors. We did order prairie grids for the windows about 3 feet from the patio door. The grids would have been nice IF the grids match the windows about 3 feet from the patio door. They do not! Sometime before Christmas, we were given the option to go with our original order, no grids, or prairie grids like our windows. So we order the prairie grids, no extra charge to us. After a couple of calls, May 2018, the install manager came to replace our patio door and a few other small things. The small things went just fine. Then he walked up with the patio doors. The panels did not have the grids we ordered before Christmas. I showed him the paper saying we were to have prairie grids. He took them back and was to order the panels with the correct grids. October 29,2018 (1 year from original install), Champion was back and left with the new panels, again. That's right, wrong again! The grids were correct this time! The sliding panel is for a left side door, ours is a right side door. I was told 10 weeks. I said see you in 5 months - since all of this is taking far longer than we are told each time!

I can only laugh at how horrible this experience with Champion Windows has been, and continues!
