The worst online shopping experience! I purchased shoes for my husband, right after paying I called them to make sure I dis everything right, and no one answered the phone! One day later I get a WhatsApp message and find out that it will take 15! Days to make the shoes! I immediately wanted to process refund, but they told me it's impossible! I told them I paid extra 20$ to get the shoes in 4-7 working days and Norah told me I paid to get shoes after the making! Which means 15 days + 4-7days! I tell them I can't wait for so long, and they suggested to make the shoes in 10 days. And again the refund is impossible. I've also written the customer service and got no answer!

Never buy from this company, they just make money, are not customer oriented and for 300$ this is not the service we deserve!

You can see that there is a tag"Made To Order In 15 Days" near the product name, it means this model does not have exisisting stock. We make the shoes separately after customer place the order. So it will take about 10 days to make it. And express shipping to US is 4-7 days after shipping. So if you need the shoes in a short time, we suggest you choose other models in stock, which we can ship it immediately.

But it is a pity that the order was cancelled and refunded as your request. We hope that we will have another chance to serve you again. I believe that we can do it better next time.

Hallo,
Die Schuhe werden aus Asiens geschickt uns war aus Singapur, bei der Ankunft der Ware in Europa und Schweiz werden hohe Zollkosten erhoben, obwohl es heisst Gratis Lieferung bei der Bestellung, es werden überhaupt nicht auf die Zollgebühren aufmerksam gemacht. In meinem Fall habe ich von der Post eine Rechnung über 31 CHF erhalten. Die Inhaberin möchte davon nichts wissen, es sei schliesslich nicht ihr Problem, dass mein Land Zollgebühren erhebt.
Ich kann diese Firma nicht weiter empfehlen.

I have tried several times to agree terms with the seller, they want me to lie on customs forms and take no liability. I did exactly what they wanted me to do, they then change the return process. I have asked for a FULL REFUND and confirmation that I have no liabilities when send the shoes back due to their request to lie on the customs form- this has been going on since April 2023

This company doesn't return phone calls, emails, whatsapp chat requests. They sent shoes that were too small.

The packages are neatly packed. They look good. Good products. But the happiness ends there. The minute you have a problem...well, forget about response from them. I don't have time for this.

Be careful working with these people. I certainly won't shop with them again.

If you have a problem with their item (odd sizes, do not correspond with UK sizes at all) or defects, you are asked to send back to China yourself. The cost of return, customs, but an incomplete refund results hardly any refund - fraudulent company. You have been warned!

On February 6th, I bought an expensive pair of boots from this company. I even paid extra for custom insoles. Including shipping, it was over $500.

I was sent a tracking number that was linked to FedEx, so I could track the package. I just saw today that my shoes were delivered to an address in Arizona. Problem is that I live in California. I contacted FedEx, and gave them my info, but the customer service representative couldn't help me, because the tracking number I was given has someone else's name and address on it.

I've tried every method I can to contact someone from Chamaripa (phone, email, Whatsapp, Facebook, etc.) But nobody has gotten back to me, except for one employee on Whatsapp, saying "please for attention", whatever that is supposed to mean. Now I don't know when or if I'll hear back from them, and I'm pretty upset that my $500 purchase is at some random address in Arizona. Not cool...

Unfortunately, they took the money and the item never be delivered. It looks like they produce a very minimal amount of the products but broadcast for several fake things, and if you are lucky to choose a product they have, you will receive it. But if you paid for something they fake, you will never get it, and they will talk about lost in the mail and avoid replying to your messages. When I sent an email regarding the undelivered item, they replied they were on vacation. It was an awful experience.

I bought a pair of shoes from their website which in the first place is third class. I measured My shoes size exactly and followers theirs size chart. Once I got those shoes and wore them they were uncomfortable to say the least and were not fitting as expected. No where on the shoes they mentioned the exact size. On top the customer service is a disaster, it's their problem if they can't make their shoes correctly but they blame it in the customer and wanted me to use a insole; wth why would I buy an insole after paying 150 dollars for your crappy shoes. If I have to buy insoles then I dont need your shoes In the first place lol. Returning those shoes costed me since they don't cover returns. What a useless company. Never buying from them again.

If the shoes are a little bit loose, we suggest you put insoles to ajust the size, sometimes it helps if the shoes are one size or half size bigger. If it can help to resolve the size problem, then you don't have to return the shoes and can help you to save return shipping fee. But if it does not work, you can still return the shoes.

You will need to pay return shipping fee if return the shoes for exchange or refund, we will pay the shipping fee for the replacement order. It is stated very clearly in our return policy. The insoles are not comfortable at all, after a few hours of using the shoes, the feet immediately gets painful blisters.
When i reached the team, they said i should order another extra insoles for it.
If the extra insoles were the solution, they should have put them in the first place and don't make people pay again for it and wait another month for the delivery.
I paid over 150 euros and i was expecting a good quality but i was quite disappointed.
Surprisingly, this blister issue was very common in most of your shoes and i could see other users were also complaining about it.
Looking forward to see some improvement in your products and a better client welfare.

In beginning you did tell us you have blister issues, so we recommended all highly breathable shoes to you, including the sneakers with flyknit.
But our shoes is not for medical use, sorry we cannot cure or make the blister issues better.
Blister is not common in our reviews. Could I know where you see the complaints? We deeply sorry about that. Our after-sales team really willing to help the other customers to ensure their shopping experience.

The 60 extra dollar is for customization. The shoes you like was out of stock, we made it and change the color for you.
After making the shoes, we start shipping on July.
On July 15 the logistic company replied Failed Attempt since the address is undeliverable and returned to the facility.
We tried call but the local delivery company might be a bit confused with the address.
We totally understand your disappointment. We already re-arrange the shipping company, and the shoes should be re-delivered soon!

I bought $450 in shoes. I returned them for a different size. It cost me almost $500 to ship to China. When I chat or email, they told me that they got my returns and will process my order or give me a refund. They also on discussions have said that they have no credit and they never got my return. I sent it federal express so I know they got them.
This has been going on since September 2019.
Just this week they made an unauthorized charge on my PayPal account. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
I have already closed the PayPal for the transaction before they would agree to refund. Of course now they are telling me that they are a different company and are not sure why I am contacting them. Frustrating!

This company is scam, they advertise phone numbers in the USA, but actually they are from China, and don't have representative in the US or Canada.
I tried to return the shoes, and after 14 days they reply to my email with a returned address, i had to pay for the shipping for detected shoes, their delivery took 26 days, and there customer service is very bad, and after 2 months still waiting the refund from my papal. Very bad company don't buy from them.

The expensive shoe I ordered was for winter and I ordered it in middle of summer to start wearing in fall. The bottom of the shoe was so badly made that it damaged my feet when I wore it for first time. They are well aware of the issue and quickly want to order in sole for the shoe to fix the issue. A $200 shoe should not require that since it cost them 10th of the cost to make it. They refused to replace or refund the shoe and you can not return it since it was worn once and they refuse to escalate or provide contact info for their management. Order shoes locally so you can access them within the country. This has been a worst experience dealing with this company

I had awful experience from this, just wonder home come they have positive reviews.
When I received my delivery found out, shoe was very uncomfortable & tight & texted them on WhatsApp about refund, they don't have any email address.
After about week I got reply from china when I sent them couple of texts.
She sent me return instructions & advised me to mention goods under $20usd in custom section, actual shoe was about $242 NZD they do all kind of doggy stuff. Anyway I sent back to China which cost me about $70 NZd

About 3 months I never heard anything back from them then I started chasing them about my return shoe.
Finally I got text from lady, saying my shoe got damage on the way therefore they can only refund me 40%
Eventually they refunded me 50%
I spent total $ 312 NZD, $242 plus $70 for return,
Got $121 NZd only
I recon it's totally unprofessional & doggy business, they replied my text messages after 2 week when I sent them multiple messages.

Tip for consumers:
Never buy from them

I ordered a product that was very nice, but I had to return for size. After weeks of emailing and calling (they do not answer calls - simply rolls to voicemail that is never returned - they do not respond to email), I had to reach out to my credit card provider and dispute the charge. I have documentation that my return was received weeks ago, but no refund issued and absolutely no response to my attempts to resolve. BEWARE…. I liked the product, but will not do business with a company with this kind of service.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid Chamaripa as a place to shop. Service is non-existent. I was burned on a refund and never got the chance to discuss with anyone - won’t answer the phone, return messages, or respond to email.

Products used:
No service acknowledgement on multiple phone calls and emails. They literally do not take calls (always voicemail with no response) - and do not respond to emails…….They accepted the return I sent back, but never refunded me and will not respond……Highly suggest you choose to take your business somewhere else.

I only ordered from Chamaripa Shoes because I ascertained that they offer free worldwide shipping and a 60-day return policy. While the shoes are visually as described on the website, they have an extremely unpleasant chemical smell which made me nauseous. Customer support confirmed that the shoes can have a strong chemical smell and for reasons unknown to be do not seem to see that a quality issue. Since I do not want to wear toxic shoes, I asked customer support to issue me a return shipping label as described on their page. Chamaripa, however, insisted that I have to send them photos of the shoes before they would issue me a return label. However, I do not understand how I can capture the smell on a photo, especially since Chamaripa has indicated that they are aware of the toxic chemicals in their shoes in the first place. Since my last correspondence with customer support, I have not received no further reply and of course no return label. While the shoes do make you taller, if you have no stomach for awful customer support and toxic chemicals, stay clear of Chamaripa at all costs.
