Sadly sent the 1.0 disc instead of the 3.0 disc in a starter pack bundle with figures, playbase etc. and wont send the correct one (worth about £2) even though selling it online still. Hoping the customer service will do better than just 'follow this link' to send it back... I wouldn't mind if getting to the nearest shop didn't involve driving and parking fees, and returning it online didn't involve me needing to source new packaging and faff around with returns (original packaging sustained damage being sent to me) Such a shame as I'd placed 3 separate orders in a short space of time, and when asking for a simple fix to a problem, I'm greeted with a lazy solution on their part.

I priced the new iPhone 10 xs max 256gb 5 days and I could get £912 for it and they selling for £1250 now 5 days later they are giving £780 and selling for £1200... How the hell is that possible for a company to do?

1 word for this shop (if that's what you want to call it) is a DISGRACE! They rip everybody off, they buy goods from you for like 50p each YES! 50p (DVDs & CDs) then sell them from upwards of £10, I got a game from they for £14 2nd hand they told me it was brand new they lied... I took it back cause it had nothing with it and they told me I can't have a refund, NO REFUNDS! I only had it for 2days EVERY SHOP GIVES REFUND but not them (think I will look into it) the shaff had a bad attitude, they said they can give me £7 for a game a paid double the price for. This shop should be shut down, I just want to let everybody know to stay away from this shop if you buy from them you will be sorry... I will never ever even go in the shop again.

This shop is really good if you are a techie or even a person that loves films and CDs. The staff are helpful all the time and if you don't know what you are looking for, they are always there for your help. Their prices that they offer are reasonable. When it comes to selling your items, have a look on their website because on some occasions they will try to rip you off. If your item that you bought is faulty or the wrong item altogether, you can take it back within 28 days and you get a full 12 month warranty on all items
