Order product, two month later, no product. Every time we contact customer service, the reply is the same template. The only different thing is the number of days for delivery. According to the tracking, the product arrived to "Destination Country" on 19th of April, no sign of it. According to Cesdeals, the tracking stops as soon as parcel arrives to the country of destination. We asked for refund number of times, no action. Will contact the credit card company, to take action

Wrong item. Hard to figure out to return and too low cost item to bother. I'll skip this website next time.

I ordered a Digital Meter on 7 Apr 2021 from CES.
My account was debited immediately and my emails to them on 18 and 19 May were ignored.
I have since bought another meter.
There meter finally arrived 7 Nov 2021.
Now sitting with 2 meters and am not able to contact anyone from CES

I ordered a pocket pull door opener which didn't fit my car. They told me to return registered mail with tracking number. The postage cost was just a little less than the cost of the part itself. So I decided to to trash it. My suggestion: BE AWARE before you buy from this site.

I ordered a door opener switch for my Mercedes, wrong size came in, wrote back to return it no response its more than a week, they have a chat box, no one shows up, no phone to contact, guys never order anything from them, seems like a scam,

Not as advertised, the product description said it was suitable, waited a long time, but the result could not be installed, very disappointed.

As soon as I ordered I knew it was a mistake. Contacted PayPal to make a claim. I figured this business was fake. They never contacted me or PayPal so I got my money back. It's been over a week and the item I ordered still hasn't shipped out. Don't order from this company.

Got wireless headset and only left or right one at a time pair up with my iPhone

Very frustrating that they keep falling out. I upgraded the foam buds as well but still no difference.

Buyer beware!
Paid for a web camera, but 2 months later, still no product. They will not return emails.

This company is newfrog they changed they name because everyone know they are not retailer they are scammer they scammed me in 2018 i lose 100usd of my hard earned money stay away from this scammer even if change name

I found athe same product on Amazon for half the cost. Rip-off! Do your own search before buying from this company.

Read Newfrog reviews. They probably changed their name from Newfrog because their reputation was so terrible. Newfrog would take you money and never deliver. They would tell you to just keep waiting but no refund was ever possible.
