They are an honest shop and I had nothing but 5 star rating from them. Order came fast and even though I ordered the wrong watch face (smaller), I had to return it (obviously unused, unworn, original packaging required) and they gave me no hassle. Once return processes, I will buy the 32mm. I would recommend.

These guys sell great products at great prices. I bought a Citizen watch and am very pleased. They delivered exactly as expected and shipped quickly. Products are genuine. My one concern is that they may not be a Citizen Authorized Dealer. They offer their own warranty (which I do not expect to ever use), but it may not be the same as the original manufacturer warranty.

After further review, It has been confirmed that their watches are in fact Brand New and in box and my situation is not usual for certified watch store. It was a just a misunderstanding. Certifiedwatchstore.com gladly refunded the full amount and the matter is now 100% resolved. I am happy with the outcome and are glad it turned out the way it did. Certifiedwatchstore.com does not sell refurbished watches.
