Claim Your BusinessI ordered facemasks and the process was easy. Good price at the time, excellent communication, faster delivery than expected, quick email response to my question, and good packaging. A very good company to do business with.
I bought a watch from this vender on eBay. The watch I received did not keep time. I returned the watch using an RMA label they sent. After that the vender goasted me!

***SELLER DEALS COUNTERFEIT ITEMS*** Bought david yurman bracelet from their ebay store. I just received the product. It is not in the original box nor it has any papers. It doesnt even have a tag. The product doesnt even have a serial number. I am reporting this as counterfeit scam to ebay. Obviously they knew what they were selling. I even asked if it comes in a original box and tag prior to receiving the item. This is the exact quote they said "Yes, all of our items come with the original box and paperwork." I received the package. No original box no paper work. Just in plain generic white box and the item was in ZIPLOC BAG. Horrible unethical seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SCAMMERS.
Certified Watch Store (CWS) has lost my watch (order no. ******* 3/27/14) I sent for warranty issues. I have had the Rado watch for about 2 years and had multiple defect issues. This would have been the 4th repair attempt. They claim they have not received my watch and have moved. I mailed the watch to their last address from April 2015 RMA under which repair attempt was made. I am not sure how often they move or what kind of business operation they have. I have sent a notice to Amazon to discontinue their business relations with CWS. I feel they are fishy, unethical, and have poor record keeping, and of course one of the worst customer service experiences. I would not buy any product from them regardless of how cheap it is and I hope future customers are careful in their investment on this store.
I purchased a Hamilton Khaki Field Watch from Certified Watch Store, partly because of their warranty, which states that they "honor the original factory warranty's terms and conditions for the time duration list below", which for a Hamilton watch was two years. Hamilton's factory warranty terms are to replace the watch if there is any defect in the watch within the first two years. One of the listed features on the watch is that it is water resistant to 100 meters. The first time I dove with the watch underwater to about 30 meters, it filled with moisture, and the crown was ruined to the point that it slid off of the watch. When I sent in the watch to Certified Watch Store for warranty service, they kept it for a few weeks, and then sent it back to me still full of moisture, and with the crown sliding off. No explanation, just a useless watch that I bought from them for over $400 a few weeks prior. Speaking to Certified Watch Store on the phone is maddening, as they rudely point out that their warranty never would actually replace a watch, only repair, and they don't warrant use underwater, and it must have been my fault anyway. To their defense, it's important to point out that if you keep scrolling way down page two of their warranty description, ignoring the top part where they say they "honor the original factory warranty's terms and conditions", they eventually do describe that they don't warrant water damage, and they never say they will replace a watch, only repair it. So the condescending phone support people are right - the small print at the bottom completely contradicts what the warranty says up top. Certified Watch Store has great prices on quality watches - just pray that you never need support from them.
I bought a lady watch for my fiance. Before I buy, i asked their customer service how much time it takes to start shipment and remind them it is written 3-5 days. They sent me a short email "available to order". Than i gave order on 7th of July and I wait 5 days and check order status. Its order status was "awaiting fullfillment". And i called customer service or chat with their online support 3 times and each time they said me 2-4 days later we will send your product but not. It is their classic answer.
