This has for the last fifteen years the best cell phone add-ons place there is. They were in Shanghai China, the had the best shipping of anyone on the internet, it was overnite for 11.95$ and it always got here. I did thousands of dollars with them and NEVER once had a issue. Did Amazon buy them out? Wow this blows, they had great deals on off Chinese manufactured stuff, but also had OEM and Manufacturer Genuine Parts for great prices, If they are out there, COME BACK, amazons ok, but I like the little guys better, and faster too. Maybe they reopened under new address, if anyone knows post it Thanks,
Ordered i5 phone pouch. Took 17 days to arrive. Iphone did not fit into the pouch. Had to send them a photo of the phone not fitting After numerous e-mails back and forth. They will refund me 3.39. However, I need to first send back the pouch by usps. So I would need to spend 2.00 to get 3.39. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Since this ordeal began, I have expended at least 2 hours of my time. I will not put any more good money into a junk site.
The cables they sell are junk. I order them because they are inexpensive. The website itself works fine and easy. Shipping is easy and have used returns with no problem. But the iphone cables they sell will likely work a couple times. Really low quality.
Everything I have ordered from them has been a made in china piece of crap just like everything made in china, but what do you expect for the price? It takes such a long time to get what you order from them so if you need it in a hurry, don't order from them unless you want to overpay for shipping!
I never had a problem with this vendor. For years I've been ordering cables, cases, batteries for various phones, chargers, plugs, and the like. Took a week or so to get the stuff because they shipped regular post, but I always knew that. When I had a problem, someone responded promptly. All if a sudden, it's disappeared. My last successful purchase was 9/29/2014. I did notice, before ordering, that their prices had increased dramatically, but I was reordering something that cost mire elsewhere. Did some group buy it and destroy it, or what? Sorry to see it go as it WAS, not as it seems to be to the folks complaining here. They obviously have been dealing with someone other than the ones I dealt with. What a shame.

I ordered a bluetooth plantronics earpiece on Nov 22nd which never arrived. I contacted them and I was asked to give it a few more days which I did to no avail. I then looked for a full refund and this was granted and appeared in my paypal account 5 days later. I was disappointed at not receiving the goods but I appreciated the refund without any hassle.
