I purchased a Samsung S4 April 2015 and started having issues with the power button. I called the company and was on hold for a few minutes before talking with someone. Michael asked me for my order information and luckily, I purchased the extended warranty. He provided a prepaid label and a week later, I had a new S4 in my hands. Since these are used devices, buy the 1 year warranty. Failure to protect yourself it your own fault. 4/5 as the phone did not last an entire year but they resolved my issues. Will buy again.

Ordered a phone to have shipped to my office, they sent it to my home (billing address), charged me for rush shipping (which I did not ask for) took 2 days longer to get here than advertised, no one was here to sign for it (hence, ship to my office) and over 1 month later, they finally sent me an email stating they have received it back. Called customer service and spoke with Nancy, gave her the info (wanting the shipping refunded and an explanation and her response was "do you want me to ship this or not". Asked for a manager, she said no managers available to talk to you, one will call back in 24 to 48 business hours (that's up to 1 week). They have had my money for over a month and I still don't have a phone. I would look elsewhere to purchase a phone.

Such a SCAM! I see people have had the same issue I did, I should have read these before purchasing! I spoke with a **** the phone today from the company, explained everything and she proceeded to tell me that the transaction was voided/cancelled. Well I was never informed of it. And it looked up until my phone call with her that the transaction was still processing. NOW it says Manually cancelled. If I would have known this YESTERDAY I would have replaced the order. But no one ever contacted me to inform me and I have STILL yet to receive the email stating such. She told me I would have to pay for the overnight shipping if I placed an order again. Such bull. She also told me a manager will call me. I feel she was quite rude. I do not know why the transaction was not processed completely. I verified that funds are in the account so it couldn't have been cancelled due to non-payment. Well I asked to speak to a manager and I have YET to hear from someone. HORRRIBLLLLLLEEEE! Stay AWAY from this company!"
