My son accidently dropped my phone and shattered it, and the phone was on it's last leg to begin with, so I decided to get a new phone. I needed one for a reasonable price, and not through some payment plan at my phone company! Cell2get had exactly what I needed, and at the price I needed. Ordering was easy, and it came even faster than I thought it would, which was really great considering I didn't have a working phone. Thank you so much for the great service

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Nexus that was completely unlocked on this website and was not disappointed. This site pretty much has every single quality smartphone on the market, with a wide array of plans they set you up with from all the major carriers. My only complaint has been that they sent me the incorrect model (it was actually a more expensive phone), but a quick call to the very helpful customer service line cleared this issue up very fast and they sent me what I ordered with free express delivery. I would recommend giving this site a browse, the prices and selection are better than anything you'll find at a brick and mortar store.

I bought a new iPhone on this site and got a great deal. I waited to see if it was the real deal, and I have nothing but praise for this site. Customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions in advance. Shipping was super fast and I received the phone much sooner than I expected. I am happy with my unlocked Motorola Droid cell phone ordered from cell2get, except for the limitation that T-Mobile puts on it as an unlocked phone for downloading games from the T-Mobile site while it can download other items. I would definitely deal with cell2get again. I was cautious at first, given the relatively low price of items. Minor problem with charges (problem with site) were resolved immediately. Communication was exceptional (very prompt, despite my numerous emails from me, even after receiving the item). I'm thinking that there has been a change in management because my experience was 100% satisfactory.

WARNING THIS IS A SCAM. For real. Lebron James is about to play golden st in the finals. They setup a nice looking website, I bought a phone, it was used and wasn't the one I ordered. I took 2 weeks to get here. I had to call to request a tracking number, I tracked the number they gave me for a week, waiting patiently. Turns out it wasn't my phone, just a random package shipped from China to Brooklyn. Then, they give you a refund but take 15% of a 500 dollar order, that is a lot. That's how they make their money, it's that simple

I broke my phone recently and wasn't up for an upgrade for another year. I don't have the extra income to pay full price, so I asked my friends on facebook if they had bought phones from any online retailers that had good deals, and a close friend mentioned Cell2Get.

I was reluctant at first about the whole process, but my friend told me that shipping was fast and that he's had no issues with his new phone.

I placed my order, got confirmation, and just a few days later I had my new phone, which works perfectly. Glad I picked this company! The customer service is great too.

Like with every online purchase I make, I do a certain amount of research before clicking the "buy now" button. I saw a number of negative reviews, however, I saw just as many positive, so I decided to give them a try. I purchased my phone, hassle-free and the service was great. My package arrived on time and my phone was in pristine condition. I'm thinking that there has been a change in management because my experience was 100% satisfactory.

I wanted to buy a new phone for my T-Mobile account. I called Cell2Get before ordering and was assured that the phone that I was ordering was brand new and was compatible with my network. The phone that arrived was a Verizon phone in a Verizon box that had a barcode containing the matching IMEI number. However, when I took the device to T-Mobile, they were unable to activate it despite multiple attempts to do so. I called Verizon and was told that the phone that I had received was not compatible with the T-Mobile network. Furthermore, when I gave them the IMEI number, they told me that this was phone had previously been activated by someone else, i. E., it was not a new phone. Since Verizon had no interest in this transaction and therefore had no reason to mislead me, I believed them. I called Cell2Get and received authorization to return the phone and, hoping to help others avoid my mistakes, I posted an earlier and more critical version of this review.

When Cell2Get received the phone, they called me to say that they had received it, but they wanted me to remove my review of our transaction. Wanting to be fair, I removed my original review pending a resolution. A week later, my credit card was finally credited for the full purchase price. Now that the issue has been resolved, I'm posting a more complete and objective account of our transaction.

The bottom line is that the phone didn't work and appears to have been a used device, but Cell2Get was reasonable if somewhat slow about issuing me a credit. I will certainly never do business with them again, but if you choose to do so, just ask yourself first whether any potential savings are worth the possible time and trouble involved if you run into problems similar to mine.
