I ordered the Jitterbug J Cell Phone (Red) from Celltoget for my Mom. She absolutely does not know how to use anything... cell phone, cd player, computer. This phone is perfect for her. All she has to do is open it, arrow up or down to the person she wants to call, and push call. She loves it. The phone came in perfect condition at a much, much lower price than if purchased from a retail store in person. It is easily set up with easy to read instructions and easily accessible "real people help" if you need to call.
Anyone technologically challenged who wants a cell phone just for calling, or wants one for a loved one in the same situation should seriously consider Jitterbug. Consumer Cellular has a great deal, but their service is spotty, and there were numerous dead spots when using their phone. Jitterbug has no problems. I was a skeptic, but this phone has proven me wrong.

I ordered a NEW Samsung Galaxy S5 through their website and received my package in a week.
I opened the package and found out it was a used phone with a wear on the edge and a battery with water damage(indicator is red).
I call them to and explain to them I order a new phone but got a used one, the rep told me that shouldn't happen and ask me pay the freight to ship it back for replacement.
I asked him for a RMA# and return label, he told me no need for RMA# and no return label with a whatever attitude.
In that case, I was afraid to return that, I will lost everything so I call my credit card company, explained to them and try to get help for a return label with tracking.
Then they just play game with my credit card company states I received their package so the charge is valid... after few rounds of back and forth communication, it passed the return period.
They refused to provide any support(no return label, no RMA#, neither replacement nor refund), they even refused the phone is a used damaged item in the end.
Finally, my credit card company suggested me to pay the shipping to return that, I spent $13 to ship it via UPS and they received that.
My credit card company issued me refund, I thought that's the end( I loose $13 dollars and a lot of time for their purposely mistake).
BUT, few weeks later, I got a mail from my credit card company says this company said my return is too late and I have been used that phone for two month( I did not even power it on ever!), so they need charge me restocking fee and depreciation fee.
SO they deduced the $111 from my refund!
So I loose $124 just because their purposely mistake, and they made more than $100 dollars profit just by play this ugly game with their customer!
I'm very upset of everything they do!
PLEASE don't do business with them, they are robber, not business people!
STAY AWAY and REPORT your bad experience to public!

We ordered a phone for a specific plan from here. When it arrived, it was the wrong phone! We were leaving for a trip so we had hoped to have the new phone by then. I called them and was told the phone we wanted wouldn't be in until a week later. Obviously they sent us this phone to make the sale, as it said right on the invoice what phone it was. Then hoping we would wait for the other to come in. The guy I talked to was very nice about it, but not nice enough to make up for the hassle of doing business with them.

I love Cell2get, I never have any problems dealing with them. They have an enormous inventory, good prices, and an easy to use desktop / mobile site. They have been around for years now and I prefer them over Amazon or Bestbuy, and have for quite some time now. There system easy to use and it works. All in all, a great and reliable place.

I was strait up surprised when I first stumbled upon CelltoGet.com website. Before that, I had used a couple of alternative websites that also offered cheap prices and free shipping (and international shipping) but I decided I wanted to try out something new. It was a worthy decision. Turns out, not only is the customer service top, but shipping time was really fast as well! I am totally happy about shopping on celltoget and I will probably do so again in the future.
