Device was received with previous user information that wouldn't be on a SIM card, and could not be charged due to broken charger port.
So far all the emails have been responded to I am pleased
Was great
So far it's been quick and easy. In order for me to know if I would by from you again I would need to see what the out come of the actual use of the phone.
There was some confusion on the delivery. I paid extra for 2 day shipping through FedEx but it was sent through USPS instead. Kept waiting for FedEx then about a week later I was told that it came USPS. I need to see if I can get a refund for my postage
I received product promptly. Camera did not work. Customer service is trying to fix or replace. I will update once the issue is resolved.
Awesome
Thanks
Not only did Cell2Get offer an absolutely excellent blackberry classic at the best price around, but the email communication, packaging, and extremely fast shipping were exemplary. I will gladly shop with Cell2Get again. The blackberry classic was $30 less on Cell2Get t. I placed my order in the evening and it was shipped early next day and made it from the East Coast to California in 3 days. A month later the cell phonehas been used frequently and is working great.
I ordered a gray galaxy s6 active from cell2get. I called them first to ensure the phone would be brand-new, sealed, in the box. I chose the free shipping option, because at 2 1/2 weeks until Christmas, it didn't make sense to pay extra for shipping.
I received an email confirming the order, but never received a shipping confirmation. Nearly a week after the order, I am worried it's not going to arrive by Christmas, so I called the store. They will not commit to sending me a shipping confirmation email, but say if I call back later, they can get me a tracking number. Starting to sound a little fishy.
Finally the next day, I get in touch with them again and receive a DHL tracking number through USPS. It only tracks departure and delivery, but shows the phone shipping out of China. I call the store again to confirm this is a genuine samsung, brand new in the box and am told it is. I was also told if I had paid extra for shipping, the phone would have shipped from NY instead of China. That would have been nice to know.
The phone finally arrived yesterday. Still within the shipping window of 5-10 days.
Unfortunately, it arrived in an obviously damaged, opened, used box, and the phone is blue not gray.
I paid for a new, gray phone with a warranty, so I've been trying to reach their store this morning. Still not answering. Here's hoping they stand by their agreement and resolve the issue appropriately. I will update my review based on whether I can reach them and how they respond.
Easy navigation
Smooth and easy
Thank you very much for the last order on this particular cell phone your service, support and the quality was absolutely great; I'm hoping this will be no different. Thank you
So far so good.
WOULD HELP IF YOU ALSO ALLOWED PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL.
I needed unlocked phone for my trip to Thailand i contact cell2get customer support they helped me to choose a phone. The phone arrive in 3 days took it to my trip but the phone was locked i contact cell2get by phone and they gave me the unlocking code the phone works great. I am very happy
Website needs improvement, it looks busy, ugly, and messy. Shipping was much more slower than I expected. I thought I could get my package in 2 business days when I chose 2-day shipping.
My rating is subject to change based upon the outcome of the exchange I am currently in the middle of doing...
I ordered a Samsung Note 5, T-Mobile. It arrived quickly but it was a AT&T version. As it was unlocked, I was able to simply move my SIM card into it and it worked fine. But in addition to having to install the T-Mobile software needed to use this phone, I still had all the AT&T software (and bloatware). Two bloatwares for the price of one, I suppose.
I have had problems with the phone, though. The battery will not hold it's charge for very long. I won't use the phone for over 4-5 hours. Not even move it. Yet the batter drops 40-50% during that time. Average deterioration time is 10% per hour when NOT using the phone. If I play some games, which I do puzzles, not those memory/battery-eating games, then I have about 2 hours total of battery life. When the phone is idle, the only apps running are the background apps that I cannot turn off come back on after I have killed them.
About 3 days ago, the S-Pen went wonky on me. It grabs onto stuff even when just hovering above the screen. If my pen hovers across an app icon, sometimes it will automatically open the app even though I never tapped it. When trying to use the keyboard, it puts out garbage. Same thing... grabs keyboard characters when hovering above the keyboard. It will even start printing characters that aren't showing (i.e. Special characters on a different screen). This same thing would happen when I used this Note 5 S-Pen on my Note 4. If I used one of those sponge-tipped stylus' with the Note 5 keyboard, then it worked fine. So that problem definitely lies in the S-Pen for the Note 5.
I have now returned the phone based on the following 3 items: 1) I ordered a T-Mobile Note 5; 2) Battery has abnormally slow life-span; and 3) Possessed S-Pen.
So this transaction is active. Will open upon my receive of replacement phone - Note 5, T-Mobile, 64 GB, and that goldish-platinum-silver color.
It is important to note that Melvin has been very pleasant to work with and very honorable in this purchase and replacement.
Thanks.
Perfect site to buy from, EXCEPT THEY DONT HAVE PAY PAL
One thing I have to say is the cell2get website is really inexpensive. I was blown away from the variety they had. I ended up buying a phone at a solid price the shipping arrive fast. The phone works great and I honestly cant complain about anything.
Do not purchase anything from this company. I looked past the bad reviews naively and had an awful experience. I ordered my phone and it took a week to get it even though I had paid for express shipping. Fine - they call it "processing time." I get the phone and it is completely not the one I ordered. Immediately I sent it back and I called and verified that I would get my express shipping. No. It took a week and this phone looks refurbished. Even the box was dirty and EXTREMELY beat up and dented. These people are scammers! Returning the phone is not worth their restocking fee of 15% on a $600 phone. I seriously hate this company and wish them hard luck for all the trouble they put me through. Stay away just pay extra for something you know is genuine.
The only negative was it took longer for my order to ship than I expected.

Answer: CDMA and GSM networks are two types of cellular phone networks and generally if you have a device made for one, it can't be used on the other. In the US, Sprint®* and Verizon run on CDMA networks while AT&T and T-Mobile run on GSM networks. Ting runs on both
