The phone was offered as new came with multiple scratches. I just sent it back. My 3 years old cell looks in much better shape.

I ordered a phone a 2 weeks ago and needed to have it unlocked. I bought the phone from their website and they not only provide the service, they explained why unlocking a phone is important. I spoke with Melvin and he was very polite. I asked for a tracking number and asked when my order would arrive. I was sent an email shortly after and was notified that my order would arrive after 10 business days. I was happy with their customer service and have already recommended them to some friends.

I ordered a Motorola turbo. It arrived as described in a reasonable length of time. I've had no problems with fulfillment or with the merchandise. Customer service is very responsive to phone calls and emails very happy with the phone it works great had small issue to setup my email but i contact them and they helped me to setup it up. I just need one more small issue with the wifi will call them on monday i am sure it will get resolved.

Good phones, but I bought unlocked and they were locked. I had to wait a week to get the codes to unlock them. But we lost power in the wind storm so that wasn't totally their fault.

Pros:
1. $$ - Products are priced fairly
2. Merchandise - Many products to select from and satisfy/ support many different carriers and brands

Cons:
1. Downside- they do offer free shipping, however the free shipping option is on the slower side. I personally paid for express shipping as I didn't feel the need to wait.
Other than that all else seems fine

You should state whether the phones are new, used or refurbished. The phone had a crack on the frame and the s pen was dirty.

The order for my phone was cancelled by the merchant because it was supposedly out of stock. However, the phone was still being offered (for $100 more) on their website the same day I called about the order being cancelled. It's unfortunate that merchants still play these games.

Very easy.found the phone I wanted and available rep answered questions. The phone is an excellent value for the product. I was informed by my cellphone company (Verizon) that they would have charged me at least $100.00 more if I ordered it through them. It took a day or so longer to arrive than I expected but was worth the wait. Very happy and satisfied. Highly recommend this site.

Originally tried to order this phone on line but was notified a few days later that it was out of stock. I contacted them by phone to find out whether they would get more (since the phone model is quite old but loved by my husband for its large keys, long battery life and how long it holds a charge). The rep told me that they had gotten a new supply of Nokia phones in and that they had a reconditioned one available. I then reordered and it was delivered within the time frame promised. Phone's condition was quite good as described by the rep, but we haven't yet activated it so I can't comment on how well this one works.

I was given a cell phone as a gift from my brother. I went on to cell2get and so they offered the phone in the color I really wanted. I called the company up to see if I would be able to swap and do an exchange. I was pleased at how smoothly things went. I will definitely consider them for phone related purchases down the line.

Update: Got the phone in the preferred color today and I am very excited :D

I ordered here the other week and was not sure whether or not I truly trusted the site. I decided to go for it after reading some of the reviews found here and on other review sites. I ordered a boost mobile version of the Galaxy J7 and received a personal call from cell2get confirming my ship date and shipping preferences such as signature required and so on. Safe, and decent prices 4 stars from me.

My cell phone broke a cross country roadtrip. I was in the middle of nowhere and desperately needed a phone as soon as possible. I knew i would be required to buy a phone over the internet, seeing as i did not have a local retailer where i was. I came across Cell2Get based on their great reviews and selection (they not only had the same model phone i had broke, they had it for a lower price than i had bought it for originally). I bought my Cell phone and had it delivered immediately. I called their customer service number and was told that my order was shipped that day. I received my package at my hotel 4 days after placing the order. I was very pleased with the experience.

Phone would not charge

Phone would not charge. Other phones of same make and model using my charger and battery will have no issue whatsoever. Their diagnosis and per request of Cell2Get, I returned my problem phone to them and they are sending me another one. I only had to pay my shipping.

Repeated customer

I've purchased 2 unlocked phones from cell2get in the past couple of years. Melvin and his crew at cell2get have nothing short of awesome in customer service, sales, and willingness to work with me if with questions or repairs. Cell2get has gone above and beyond in several occasions in helping me with a manufacture claim dealing a manufacture faulty phone. Hats off to the people at cell2get. Couldn't get help through the shipping process about the bandwidths the phone worked on, so I cancelled my order and was charged 64%of the cost of the phone plus shipping as a 'restocking fee,' go shop somewhere else.

I just ordered the phone

I just ordered the phone. Customer service helped guide me on the correct phone to purchase. Hopefully it works on Cricket wirless. Customer service is not great. When you call they rarely answer. When you leave a message it takes days to hear back or you never hear back
