The cunning way of ripping people off by not allowing to try it once. Hell, no. You need to buy credit first, otherwise you will get nothing. And credit isn't cheap. It's like having another phone subscription without a phone, which is the same as my monthly subscription. I just wanted to see if it really tracks my own phone.

This is a total waste of money. My grand daughter was kidnapped by the sperm donor, thought I could find him with this service, did not work as advertised.

They will steal your money
The website states that you can track a mobile location in 5 seconds without any software. This is simply not true. You can only track its location after downloading a software which means you need to get hold of the phone you want to track. I have contacted the company for a refund as they cannot provide the service advertised and they are going far and beyond NOT to refund me. I am very surprised that their reputation is only worth £18. I have escalated the case with paypal and have a feeling that the cost of bad reviews ( I will leave them whenever I can) will be more damaging than the £18 that they should have refunded in the first place.
The info you get without installation is GDP per person in the UK, population in the area and some other nonsense. I found their product useless and their service and attitude disgusting. Please DO NOT buy from them. I would recommend mspy instead.

Also please read the 5 star reviews on trustpilot. Hilarious, all sound like robot written. Obviously not genuine!

I downloaded the software, and followed the instructions set forth by cell-tracker. Nothing on my phone, tried the download twice. Up to 4 downloads or 48 hours, well after nothing with the two separate downloads, I figured why not try again... 30 hours later my time had run out. Hmmm... 48 was what I read. Not to worry I was fool enough to purchase the warrant for future downloads at an additional cost. I haven't registered my warranty, because I'm sure it won't help. About like the no phone/email only tech support was no help. Or should I say no response? All under the no refund policy. I fell for the trick do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I, the "wise" and careful gnome, had been had, as well! A similar experience as the others' before me. They now run the credit cards asap. By the time I called my cc company (the very next morning) they had already scooped up the dough. However, I might have some helpful info: The name of the company is -Pli*inet E solutions-. The merchant code is 3830. The phone number is *******473 which I believe is an inbound call center. Maybe named Plimus. An address I have is: ******* Marine Bridge Rd. Suite M-24 Madison, Alabama *******. I've been too angry to go forward with this negativity at this time. I will soon. I hope this actually helps and if it does, please share it with everybody. Does not locate a phone, simply uses the information that is registered to the phone. I've been having my phone for over 5 yrs, pulled up every address I've lived at but not my current location!

This app doesn't even have a $#*! phone number that's a no no right there how are u suppose to receive help if they have no number. The instructions $#*!ing sucks and it's no way to hear calls and nothing happens it's like this app collects all your info for their personal use and once they have all ya info they use it probably to buy products of their own. I went through the installation happy as can be and when I saw this $#*! I'm like what the $#*! Is this nonsense which is why I asked for a canceled membership with them.

Total scam! They took my money and it doesnt even work. I wanted it so i can check up on my elderly mother at times to make sure she is ok when she doesn't answer quick enough

DO NOT PURCHASE! 100% Scam. Not only did it not work, my bank contacted me and alerted me that this company gave my credit card information to others and they immediately shut down my card (not that I'd object, but they did it without my consent... thanks Bof A for looking out. I'm stating that fact so you can understand the seriousness of how fraudulent this company is). Celltrackers also added a bunch of international fees which they don't mention. Their online support is always offline. I click "contact us" button, nothing happens. There is another option to email for trouble shooting. So I type my question, it tells me my question is too short. So I keep typing, just random things. Over 1000 characters... still too short. Bottom line is they dont let you contact them because it's a SCAM!
