This site claims to have an extensive database of movies available for high speed download, as well as multiple formats. After signing up and paying 39.90 I found that the download speeds hardly reached 28 - 35 Kbps, and this was for a DivX format - hardly something worth waiting 42 hours for. For many movie titles, DivX or High DivX were the only formats available, contrary to the claims on the site. After being intensely frustrated I checked the FAQ and support pages for more information. This only exacerbated my frustration. It gave me only a tiny bit of information on a download manager I could download to help speed up the downloads, which is also counterintuitive to their claims of high speed downloads. I finally figured out how to download a movie through this manager and reached only 90 - 150 Kbps. Hardly 10% network utilization considering I have a 12 Mbps Broadband connection and my upload speed is nearly four times their claimed download speed! So angry at this point I contacted their support team and requested that my account be cancelled and my membership fee be returned to me. I got an email back saying that my account could not be cancelled or refunded because it didn't meet their "requirements". It also said that their download speed had been checked and it was at 1.7mbps. Are you kidding me? Even at that rate it would have taken 5 or 6 hours to download one movie!

I had to contact my bank and let them know what was going on, and cancel my card. DO NOT USE THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE 40 BUCKS AND WAIT PAINFULLY FOR WHO KNOWS WHAT YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY GET. ALSO, THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE LOCATED IN MISSOURI, WHICH IS NOT TRUE. THE CHARGE ON MY CARD WAS FROM MOSCOW, RUSSIA!

I also subscribed to this sight, however I did find the movies very up to date that was the good part, The bad part the time to download, yes the quickest I could download one movie was 1.5 hours but they do say on the sight that this could be the time to take.
You are right they advertise first under cb movies then when you subscribe you get popov from russia. However I stayed with them for the month and they did not charge again after I had cancelled and I did not enter the sight again as it says in the fine print if you go into the sight after expiry they consider that you are using and have the right to charge you again.
Next faze was they wrote back offering half price discount of 25 dollars, everytime I tried to get this discount they still wanted to charge me full price. I questioned them and in all honesty they replied and offered the same deal for the next 24 hours from know. I had some issues issues with codecs etc when I downloaded HDiv and had movie but no voice. I wrote again for help. They were good and sent me the link to help me with this and it worked. When I also indicated it was taking too long they told me to download another program unfortunately that program was only suitable for windows xp and not windows seven so I don't know what free down loader to use next. I don't have the fastest computer in the world with my sound card a standard fitting and not a special fitting for games and movies so I take some blame. I try to be honest and can only hope they have the permission to on sell the products because if not I may as well do what others do and use p2p or p4p and stream for free and I only have to download a small part of any movie. I guess its not all bad but I can go down town where I live and buy 50 dollars worth of movies downloaded from the same sight and I don't have to waste my time in downloading for 3 to 6 hours sometimes. I feel the more popular the movie the longer to download which is pretty normal on any internet service. I don't think they are scamers as such but there network is not what they say but they do help when you ask them, not everyone is perfect and I guess the better price of 25 dollars a month is more reasonable then 50.
