Claim Your BusinessOn 10/27/09 I placed an orderfor two soy candels and shortly after that was billed on my credit card for $41.12 On Nov. 11th I sent an E-Mail to inquire about my order. The return message indicated she had a medical problem and would have all back orders shipped by Monday Nov. 16th. It is now Dec 1st and I still do not have my candels I have called and EM the company and get no response.

I recently ordered some candles from this company ( 10-13-2010). I received a part order of the candles. On the invoice in the box, highlighted the ones that would be coming in a seperate shipment. I still have not received the rest of the candles. I have sent 2 emails, and 3 phone calls to this company. And NO RESPOSE FROM THEM! I am getting upset because I am not getting a response from them. I am afraid that I have waisted some of my money, and on top of that, the shipping charges were kind of high for what I ordered. I would not mind paying the shipping charge, but not for what I got in product. I guess I just learned a lesson, from now on, I will have to check out companys before I buy from them. I have never had this kind of problem before, but I will check out websites from now on before I buy from them.
