I used to be a regular buyer of another platform, I already knew catchtopia but I did not know how it worked, after I knew it I found the best online store since the shipments are fast, the customer service is excellent and also gives us points ( these points are used to obtain discount on purchases) for the reviews of the products that are received in addition to discount coupons. In short catchtopia is incredible. Recommended.

Ordered the Cosmos Star Projector 17 November 2017, it is now 16 December 2017. My tracking number yields no results. I have emailed and used the chat feature- both have gone unanswered. Totally *unprofessional* and *borderline criminal*. I will be getting my money back and I will inform everyone I can to avoid giving them business. I hope more people check these reviews before they make the same mistake that I and apparently many others have made.

It takes a long time to get your order, product is horrible and the sizes are wrong. They just keep referring me back to thier "return policy" which also will not provide a return address, continuing to give me the run around. Now they will not return my email at all. I'm contacting BBB. If they get enough complaints maybe they'll have to do something. Let's not allow this to go on and happen to others.

I ordered 3 dresses in beginning of June and only have received one so far and its August 8th! I have been in email contact and all they do is copy and paste letting me know orders don't always come at the same time. Which I can understand but for it to take almost 3months for 3 dresses is ridiculous not to mention the dress I did receive was pretty horrible and looked nothing like it did online. I will be turning them in for FRAUD.

Like all the others, this took ages to arrive (ordered 11th July, arrived 14th August) and was very bad quality when it did. Olivia dress, cheap and not very nice. Had heated exchange with customer services where they pointed out that there delivery times are clearly stated etc etc, that they might be but this pushed their estimated time to its maximum (2 to 4 weeks) and no it was caught up in Customs clearance. I shall be returning the garment and am sure that my refund will take just as long to arrive! Avoid.

I ordered a birthday present for my friend in July. Small item, costs like $10.94. It's September 19 and I still haven't received it. The tracking number they gave me isn't valid. All I get is "we've sent your concerns to processing". They can't give me a refund because they said my order had shipped (back in July) They've lied to me and essentially stolen my money. Don't ever buy from them! 11

Tip for consumers:
DON'T USE THIS SITE. That is the only thing I can tell you. Run the other direction as fast as you can. They are scammers.

Yes, it is a scam! Unfortunately I ordered the Cassandra Boho Long Sleeve Dress-Turquoise / M. It took forever to ship. I'm thinking they take so long because they are banking on people not remembering exactly what they ordered! It was NOTHING like the photo they advertised. Honestly, it looks more like an older woman's Moo Moo dress. The dress itself is made out a cheap silky nylon material. It looks like they adjusted the color to look more turquoise. It's a baby blue. I'll let you decide by the photos.

I ordered 6 Guardian Angel Flower Vases for my daughter's memorial service... they were over a month late in coming and then 3 of the six were shattered. I wrote to them 9 times and 9 times they told me they would give me an answer/refund. It's been over 3 months, still nothing and I am out $65. If you want to waste your money, just go outside and burn it - don't make these scam artists any richer.

After my money was deducted from my account, I received an email that " custom orders " could take 2-4 weeks. My order was for a dress that they advertise on the cover page for their company on Facebook! There's NOTHING " CUSTOM " about it! It's been 5 weeks now and I have yet to receive anything from them! I have been sending emails since about the second week. Some of which I was given a " tracking number " which was bogus! I'm not done with these $#*!s! Messing with my hard earned money isn't something I just let go!

I placed an order for a slouch, off the shoulder dress in L. It arrived and was so small even my 13 yo daughter could not wear it. I tried to return and they would not take back because they said it was a sale item and they are final sale. Even though their web site states 100% satisfaction guaranteed PAYPAL sided with them and I was not able to get my money back. Very frustrating!

I made a lot of purchases on catchtopia and all went perfectly well without any issues. It is very likely that I come back again and make new shippings. The customer service is fast and helped me to find solutions for some delays tha didn't were their fault.

I do a TON of online shopping and this is BY FAR the worst company I have ever purchased from. They charged me for the product the same day I made the purchase but 75 days later I have yet to receive it. The tracking info they provide gives me an error message and forget about reaching anyone to help you. I have spammed their email and online chat feeds for over a month. It took over 2 weeks to even get a chat reply, still no email reply, for the purchase to say they need to check on the order and promised to respond the next day which was days ago and still have no heard anything, despite my constant messaging. Save yourself the biggest headache you will ever experience and find another company to buy from.

I ordered the navy pant suit with pockets May 05 2017, and still no product, they keep replying that they will send but never do, even sent me an apology to make up for this problem, all they will do is charge me shipping and handling!

This company sucks! Ordered a Moon lamp and didn't receive the charger or the porcelain hand that comes with it. Repeatedly sent emails with "I'll check into it"... then nothing. I'll never use this company and I'm posting on every FB page I belong to!

Took 3 months to arrive and then when it did, the product was not as advertised, it required total assembly of all parts including electrical parts, all instructions in Chinese. Incredibly misleading company. No response to my attempts at contact.

Do not buy from this company. I made the mistake of doing so. It took forever to get the junk from China they sent and when I inquired how to return it, they ignored me. I made several attempts and they don't respond. The item they sent did not look like the photo and when I say it was junk, it's junk. E careful and font be deceived by the photos. They are not legit and won't communicate. Don't buy

I met catchtopia about 3 months ago and from there I'm shopping for the site and the smartphone. Orders shipped quickly and well packaged. Support is very good, they usually respond within 24 hours. Packages arrive in Brazil + - in 25 days. They carry out many promotions with very good prices. Highly recommended.

I ordered a dress and it needed to arrive before I left that address. It took over 6 weeks to be forwarded to my next address and it was totally not as pictured and totally an inferior fabric and product. Do yourself a favor and never, never order from this company. I can't believe they allow it to be advertised on Facebook. I would have given it a negative star if they had one.

I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago and still have no shipping info. Tried to cancel order and was referred to the fine print stating cancelations must be within 24 hours! Insane. Contacting credit card to report fraud but not sure if anything can be done. Crazy!

On Facebook, The pics showed a very stylish dress, with vibrant colors. After 3 1/2 months of emailing and asking for an update, it finally arrived... Nothing like it was pictured... Cheap material, looks like something your grandmother would have worn as a "House Dress"., and SUCH POOR QUALITY. It will never be worn.
I wish I had looked the company up here before wasting $. FACEBOOK SHOULD BE ASHAMED to associate with them.
STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!

I ordered a star projector October 14th No clue where it is. "shipping" number I finally received Friday, November 3rd. I was asked to wait until Tues/Wed to track. As of today, Thursday, November 9th, tracking is showing no package in its system. And now 'Bianca' has quit responding. I have contacted my bank to dispute charges, and I have contacted PayPal to report them as a fraudulent company. What a nightmare these people are. I have kept all email correspondence to turn over to the Credit Card company.

Unfortunately I ordered a boho long sleeve turquoise dress from this company. It took forever to get here. I ordered a size XL because I am a size 14. The dress I ordered arrived after two months and is approximately a size 10. I can't wear it and I dare not send it back because I will never get another one and they will keep my money. I will give it to a size 10 friend I guess. Ridiculous of me to order from a company. I did not know they were in China! I would have given them a minus zero if that was possible rather than one star.

I too bought the dress and after several emails lasting over a two month period, I finally received the dress in a Large and it was not even close to being a large. I asked for the address to return the dress and I got a very generic reply with the "Refund & Exchange Policy" which had no return address and when I asked for it I got no response! I have resolved myself that I got taken for $35. Do NOT purchase from this company!

Im having the exact same experience! Its been a month since they charged my debit and they have no confirmation of my order :( Also, there's no phone number for customer support so every attempt to contact anyone and get a refund is being conveniently and politely denied! Im starting to believe that I was swindled out of $35 :(

Ordered the "loose fitting" bohemian dress that kept showing up on Facebook. I ordered a medium, and I am not a large person, but at 5'6" I would have had to weigh about 90 pounds to wear this dress. Described as long-sleeved, but the sleeves actually are just below the elbow. I measured the hip area of the dress, and even though I could have just fastened the waist, the hip measured only 32 inches! Who has 32" hips? The material is low quality and completely see-through. Never will I use this company again! Don't waste your money.
