I wish I had gone and reviewed this company before I ordered from them. If I had, I would have seen all of the terrible reviews about this company and would have NEVER ordered anything from them.
I ordered a pair a pj's on 12/25/15 and as of 1/12/16, I have yet to receive them. I sent an email to their "help" address and never received a response from them. Then I called them today, 1/12/16, and the lack of customer services is just almost unbelievable. I cannot believe that a business like this still operates.
Any other business would be offering to refund the shipping or give some sort of discount towards the order. But no, Catalog Favorites doesn't do anything.
I worked in retail for over 17 years and so I know how to provide good customer service. The fact that the two people I spoke to, couldn't care what so ever, that I was upset b/c I had yet to receive my package almost 3 weeks after I ordered it and had the audacity to make excuses on why I hadn't received the order, just blows my mind.
Needless to say, this will be returned as soon as I get this package. And will be writing a negative review on every possible website I can find about this company!
Based on these reviews I won't be ordering anything. It's too bad too because you have a lot of funny printed t-shirts.
I called last night (12/18) to cancel an order I placed earlier in the day. I had to reorder an item and pay extra to get is shipped in time for Christmas. There was a mix up with my first order and thought it was stolen off our front porch. I was told at 8pm last night I could not cancel the order as it had already shipped. I get an email TODAY stating it was just shipped TODAY - that is not last night. I explained to the rep the whole story and she did not care. I now have to return the item, pay for that shipping and I am out the $20 extra shipping in order to get it there in time. All the rep was worried about was me purchasing an additional 4 items with 15% off since I had placed 3 previous orders. GOOD GRIEF, I asked if she was really listening to me... there was no answer so that told me NO. She proceeded to ask me another 4 times if I wanted to take advantage of the 15% off. She HATED for me to miss out but did not seem to care about any GOOD customer service. DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY and after reading all the BAD reviews on their customer service someone needs to step in and get this straightened out!
Answer: I would NEVER buy from them again. Shipping is a joke and expensive. Customer service horrible.
Answer: It took over 3 weeks for my item to be received. Also, if you have ANY issue, whether its pricing, shipping or an issue with the product, their customer service is AWFUL!
