Sent my calculators during a holiday week, arrived their post location on a Thursday and staff personal was helpful to get my order through before the weekend to be sure I got paid in time. They shifted thru the packages to find my package just to find mine. You just have to have patience and understand sometimes they are under staff during the holidays. So I sent my calculators to this company before reading the reviews and when I did you could imagine I was pretty worried I then tried to contact the company to find out if the reviews were warranted I called a ton of times and only ever talked to one person on the phone but was assured I would
Be paid it took about a month and a lot of emails checking on the progress of my items but justen made sure I got my money and in the end I would use them again they pay more for your items even tho it may take a little bit longer to get your money

I've read a few negative reviews about this company so I wanted to provide my 2 cents. I submitted my product information, printed the pre-paid postage slip and mailed the items. I will admit, I got a little nervous after not hearing back within a week. So I sent an email and left a message. They responded the next day. They apologized (there were some issues with the post office and due to the most recent hurricane shipment was delayed), processed the order and deposited the $$ to my Paypal the next day. Just be PATIENT. They will take care of you.

I was provided a free shipping label and the calculator went to them fine. Yes, it took a while for them to get to me and I'm not sure if they would have confirmed receiving it if I hadn't emailed them. I had to email two more times but I was paid after almost two weeks. Considering the number of calculators they probably get every day I understand. Considering they offered more money than their competitors and I did actually receive the money via Paypal, I can't complain.

PEOPLE LISTEN THIS SITE IS NOT A SCAM I USED THIS SIGHT 3 TIMES AND GOT MY CHECK THOSE 3 TIMES DONT LISTEN TO THESE BAD REVIEWS THEY MAY HAVE SCAMMED YALL BUT COULDN'T HAVE SCAMMED ME

I am changing my review because, although it took me two months to get my check, I did get it after talking to the customer service. This website will pay you for your calculators.

I sent in two calculators a few weeks ago and didn't get my check, so I thought it was a scam. I called their 1-800 number and they confirmed a check was sent... it turns out I gave them my old address by mistake... they ended up cancelling the first check and I got the second one a few days later, and they ended up giving me a coupon for my next order for having to wait so long. I was scared at first about sending my TI-83s in, but in the end everything turned out ok.

I submitted 30 calculators, TI-82s, I didn't look up reviews before I submitted and started to get a little worried after looking up reviews. So I emailed them about 10 days after sending them as I hadn't heard anything. They promptly emailed back saying they had received my calculators and were processing my shipment. I then waited until 8/30/11 and had not received anything back from them or a payment. I emailed them again that day saying I needed to get a response or payment. Today I received my payment for exactly how I had graded the calculators. It took a little longer than they advertise but I was paid exactly what I was suppose to get paid. I don't work for them... or an affiliate. In my email I told them I would review my experience, good or bad, based on my actual events. I gave them 4/5 stars only because it took longer than advertised and I had to email them twice. I told them they need to keep w/their own guidelines or change them on their website because it makes people frustrated when you are much slower than promised.
