I was attracted by the offer of free shipping. My order did not qualify but that always gets me in the door. Also very pleased to do business with a midwestern/ plains shop...that lends more trust as a new customer.
Pelican dealer sent me an email within a day of order to say they were waiting for a production run, did I want to continue with the order. I replied yes and 2 weeks later the cooler is on my front porch for fifty dollars less than other online retailers plus free shipping. That thing weighs over 50 pounds so "Free Shipping" actually means something. Very Pleased

Ordering process is easy. Best prices I've found anywhere. Was emailed with a notification after I ordered that the cooler I wanted was not in stock and would take about two weeks to arrive. I received another email the next day letting me know that they received a shipment and I would have my cooler in a few days. It was great receiving the updates.
They were upfront about a slight delay due to a back order on the product. Quick response via email and provided tracking number as soon as it was available. Great price on a great product, I would buy from them again.

Website had issues on my phone, card info page reloaded and placed a second order. Took 2 weeks for the engraving to be done and item shipped. No place to input engraving info, had to do it over the phone. Turned out great but a long process
Great prices on Pelican coolers, I ordered a 20 qt and 70 qt as gifts, which were well liked. PelicanDealer kept me informed of delivery times, as one of the coolers was back ordered. The good price made the wait worthwhile. Very easy to use website, and the PelicanDealer personnel I spoke with were very courteous and helpful.
Very easy site to review product and place order. Received order very quickly and love the follow up to make sure I got my order. With all the package stealing going on, that's a part of customer service that's sometimes missed.
Best price on chosen model was great, and getting around site on mobile was okay. Would like thumbnails to show with each listing, though. An item/model number alone isn't great, but it did lead me to look at everything... I did find exactly what I wanted. Would be nice to have model comparisons also. I did like that you have the instruction documents available. I admit that I didn't look at standard site only mobile. The full site might be pretty good!
Quick and painless...found exactly what I wanted and love that there is no shipping or tax added to the total. Wish there had been someone who could have helped me figure out that I purchased the correct case. Had I known it was going to cost over $70 to send the case back, I would have kept it and purchased another one. I don't know why UPS charged so much to send it back.
Went fine. Was nervous that the free shipping would not get here by 10 day Mark. That is date we are leaving on camping trip. So went with ground, dealer called and told me free shipping would be here soon enough, actually went with the free, was here a few days later
Quick and painless, just hope the custom foam I ordered for my IM3100 cases match the picture reflected on website since there is no full description of the item.
Received my 3 foams, Two were perfect fits, one was cut 3/4" short so it was not even a close fit. Contacted vender and they are sending me a replacement immediately. I will order again. Great customer service.
Best price and exactly what I was looking for. Good pics on website. I ordered a 3410 case, that is a little longer than what I usually buy, so they needed an extra couple weeks of lead time. I'm 100% happy with it, and the communication was excellent. I was notified when it was shipped and again when it arrived.
Was very pleased to find a replacement part for my submersible flashlight. I have had this flashlight through over 20 hurricanes in my job as a first responder. Glad to have it back to a like new condition.
Was disappointed in how heavy this cooler is. It would be nice if it had wheels so it would be easier to move without 2 grown men carrying it. The Yeti is just as good and not near as heavy.

Pelican dealer was really great and the customer service was great! The product did not fix my issue, but it could have been the flashlight issue rather than the battery I purchased. Overall, I would use pelican dealer again for any need I may have!
