Cooler was shipped in a timely manner, but I live in Punta Gorda, Fl.and the cooler was dropped off in Tampa Fl. 100 miles north of where I live. The resident in Tampa that received my cooler called me and made arrangements for me to drive to his home to pickup my cooler.

Still waiting to get my Pelican cooler replaced that had damage on it that I bought as brand new. Excuse was 'we are still waiting for Pelican to respond'. That's great but I didn't buy it from Pelican so why is that my problem. As a consumer I need a resolution sooner than later. It's been over 2 weeks and I'm still reaching out to them. Maybe this is the reason why they are sold at a discount to begin with. Case dealer and Pelican will continue to get reviewed negatively until I either get my money back or get a new cooler without defects.
Apparently, we received a defective cooler. My husband called you to inquire about some items and your customer service rep told him that it was indeed defective.
He ordered a teal one, but the rep said there were no teal replacements and that he would have to send the cooler back before he received a new one. This cooler is not used for recreation. It is the only way he can have cold water while working in TX outside all day. We cannot send it back, as he needs it for work, so now he has to suffer with a defective cooler that we paid $300 for? Not very good customer service...or product quality for that matter...
Website had issues on my phone, card info page reloaded and placed a second order. Took 2 weeks for the engraving to be done and item shipped. No place to input engraving info, had to do it over the phone. Turned out great but a long process

GREAT LIGHT, powerful, the pivoting head is REALLY nice. Great range, lit up good chunk of back-yard. The glow-in-the-dark body "charges" quickly, stays bright a long while, and is visible through the night. GREAT LIGHT!
