Check the reviews on QVC.com for a 10" Fire tablet and see how many people DID NOT receive their free case AND are frustrated with the lack of customer service! They blame everything on the post office and when you call them out on that they just stop responding. Never got my case. They never printed it. They never dropped it off at the post office. However they created a label and then blame it on the post office for not delivering something they never received. RIDICULOUS! It's been WEEKS!

I ordered some items. For some reason DHL send them back to them (return to shipper), they didn't understand the address or something? And I never got an update on what's going on with my items. It has been 2 months that I ordered and the past month they have been ignoring my "support" emails.
After waiting over a month for my shipment to be sent, not received, SENT, I received a shattered screen protector. A lot of good that product would be for me, right?
I should have expected a complete letdown as I had to reach out to Caseable.com to inquire when my screen protector and case cover would be sent. Their website indicates shipments are sent within 1-4 business days. My shipment took 23 days to process. It was not until I indicated that I would share my critique of this company with my YouTube and TikTok followers that my shipment was processed the next day.
I have requested a full refund of the $10 product.
Tip for consumers:
Utilize other merchants for the tablet case and screen protector. Customers should be able to find a quality merchant that can deliver the goods within a reasonable timeframe, and what is ordered is received as intended.

I purchased a tablet case and screen protector. The screen protector was shattered. It's going back to Caseable. I have asked for a full refund. I'm awaiting Caseable's response to my inquiry.

It's been 7 weeks and I still don't have my order. The customer service is terrible. There are a lot cheaper options available. Save your money and buy one from Amazon.

Not sure because I ordered it such a long time ago and I haven't received it and their service is so terrible.
Your best bet is to buy one at the actual retailer like apple, samsung, etc. these other companies have been proven to sell things manufactured overseas that do not protect your screen. Be very careful.
Caseable has awful customer service and shipping. They tried to ship to an incomplete address and they refuse to take responsibility and make it right.
Stay away from Caseable.

The prices are outrageous. I only used this company because I had vouchers for free covers. 2nd voucher didn't work. I've tried emailing the company FOUR TIMES in 3 weeks and finally got a response today saying they have a high volume of emails and it may take a while to get back. They provide NO CUSTOMER SERVICE #. I dont know any reputable companies that don't give you a # to call when there's an issue. The one cover I did manage to order hasn't shipped 3 weeks since I ordered it. I tried to track it with the invoice # they gave me and their site said it's not valid. This company won't exist in a year. Worst experience with any company I've had in a long time. I'm glad I didn't give then a dime of my money.
