Rake issues within 40 days of receiving the vehicle, and Carvana, would not honor their warranty obligations because brakes are "wearable" parts. 40 days! This is really bad business on their part as a bad review may cost them tens of thousands of dollars in sales vs. a couple hundred dollars - just to make things right. Brakes are kind of a "need to have" and I don't think my claim is asking too much that they not stop working properly within 40 days of receiving the vehicle, am I?
