Bought an electric product for hair drying. Plugged it in and it started shooting out sparks, popping noises and smells like electrical burning
Contacted this company and no reply. Tried again and they replied with me being at fault. I tried again then they offered $20 refund and $20 credit on their website products. I spent $85 originally
I was told if I didn't take the offer I was not going to get further help from them or a full refund
Absolutely shocking service and spread the word about this company and their bad products

Bought two bras that looked very similar to the more expensive ones and not only do they not fit and the straps won't stay adjusted but they wouldn't answer my emails to return them. When they finally did they said it was past the month return window and they don't return personal items such as bras. They suggested I donate them to someone who might need them. So I spent $60 on two bras so i could donate them.
That is not exactly good customer service!

Ordered dog clippers going on 2 months now, have contacted Pay -Pal and they are investigating them soon as Pay -Pal contacted them I got a email with tracking number it's been 2 weeks now package hasn't even moved yet, so Pay -Pal will refund my money to my Pay-Pal account in so many days if I haven't received the item but they are tracking it daily, I will never order from them again.

When I first ordered my item they didn't give me tracking information so I emailed them and asked them about it, it took them a week to email me back because apparently it was some Chinese holiday from October 1st to the 7th, but notifications on the website would be nice. Second, their website says "lightning fast delivery"... this is false advertisement because I ordered my item about a month ago and it still hasn't come in. I've recently sent them an email requesting a refund so I guess we'll see how bad this conversation goes.

The bras are awful and don't begin to do what they promise. Cheaply made, waste of money and I would not wear this out of my house!

I ordered dog clippers on 09/26/2018, paid thru paypal. I have never received even a tracking number. I am very upset about this, I am elderly and have tremors and find it very difficult to clip my dogs nails, and can't afford vet bill. I believe I should get somekind of explanation. I am going to contact paypal as well.

I ordered 3 bras from these people. According to the size chart, these bras should have fit. But they fit like 2xs smaller than the size I ordered. I wrote to their customer service and told them that their sizes run too small. They offered me $8 back of my $29.95. I want my full amount back but they refuse. I will never buy from Cosoho again. Be careful! They will rip you off!

Ordered dog clippers Sept 15 processed PayPal immediately but o t 18 nothing g. Have emailed 3 times n each time quick different response. Clippers are probably ripoff too. Don't order

I ordered dog nail clippers 3 weeks ago paid thru Paypal and have yet to receive a tracking number. I have sent several emails to the company and have not heard a word. I will never order from Carsoho again.
