The representative was very helpful in explaining my roadside assistance services availability. The service was excellent and timely. The tow driver was professional and courteous.

I talked to several people at car shield and was told that I should only paying the $100 diagnostic fee, yet I paid nearly $600. Their customer service was sympathetic but didn't help to resolve this matter 😕

When I call and explain what problem I"m having with my car and if the problem I'm having is covered under my warranty they refer me to mechanic shops that takes their warranty.

I called Car Shield to submit a claim about my air condition in my 2012 Ford Focus blowing hot air. I took my car to Blake Utter Ford. Blake Utter Ford service advisor Jim Burton has had my car in his shop before for repairs. My air conditioner was repaired. The total bill was over $1600. All I paid was my $100 deductible. Couple months ago had issue with my truck and had to get a rental and was a first time experience. The approval process for the work needed to be done on my vehicle was fast and do thankful I have Car Shield!

The price of the contract has doubled since my previous contract and, while I realize everything is going up like crazy, I feel this is too much of an increase.

I have been with car shield for over rwo years. I recently had an issue with my car and I was sent to one of they approved mechanic. The mechanic told them that I needed an engine and to my suprise they denied my claims. Can you imagine? I was speechless. I was firced to return the rental that I only had for one day and fro that point on I was on my own. Can you imagine? I had been paying $ 149 for over two years only for them to tell me to $#*! off!

After my truck went in the shop over three months ago, they work order was submitted to replace my turbo charger, which is covered under my policy. After it was approved, auto shield said that they would supply the turbo charger because they could get it cheaper. After it was delivered, it was determined that it was the wrong turbo charger, which is why it was probably cheaper. After it was returned and supposedly the right turbo charger was sent only half of the turbo charger was sent not as a complete part. This part was also returned, and after auto shield, realized that The estimate for the turbo charger that the mechanic requested they then sent out an adjuster after the fact. Numerous questions were asked about whether or not my vehicle was being used commercially or personally I had to supply statement over the phone. The question asked why I had a fifth wheel hitch in my truck and a fuel tank. I own a pick up truck to haul my fifth wheel camper and I have a 40 gallon fuel tank in my truck for fuel while in remote areas to fuel my generator and my truck. It was apparent to me that CarShield/AUTO auto shield was trying to get out, paying for the turbo charger and by doing this, it has taken over three months for the right parts to be supplied to the mechanic which when he received the correct turbo charger, the wrong actuator was sent and therefore he is still waiting on the correct part to finish the job. Like the title says, this has been a total freaking nightmare. Not to mention auto shield refused to pay any kind of storage fees or extra fees insured by the mechanic having to make numerous phone calls and spending hours on the phone trying to get the correct parts Again, TOTAL nightmare!
