I was very worried when my order hadn't arrived within three weeks and I then I saw the adverse reviews. However when I got back from holiday today the packet was there with full instructions. Paint looks a trifle light but who knows so will give it a go. I suspect they are a small outfit and sometimes do not have the staff to cope Laurie Callow
Still waiting, am sorry I didn't read reviews, lesson learnt. Can see why they use world pay and not pay Pal. Absolute scammers, big fancy web advert and based in UK why would you think you would be RIPPED OFF. E mailed several times, phone not answered. Give them a wide berth.

Order Number: RG39RG*******why am i waiting still for my paint, all paid for but no product, if no speedy response i will go the legal route.the least you can do is to return my money.
I see a lot of negative reviews of this company, but although i had to wait a little longer than expected, the quality of the paint is good, and comes with a lacquer touch up top coat, and a guide.the company emailed and made an apology and a note to say they had been on holiday and there was a bit of a back-log, so hey ho they may have delivery issues but i think it was worth the wait considering the amount you get in those crappy touch up pens from halfords. Maybe a little more communication from the company would go a long way. Hence my 4 star score.
Placed an order on 28/5/15 with Carpaintrepairs for a touch up kit for a Citroen C4 providing just the registration number. Then read all the bad reviews. However to be fair, "lo and behold" I have today (5/6/15) received the kit with the correct colour.

I have read all the bad reviews, but in thier defence i found they did exactly what they said on the tin. Tim.
I ordered on Tuesday 27th April 2010 using both my car registration and colour code.
I emailed them on Wednesday looking for a delivery date but my emails were returned as undelivered. Starting to get worried.
Thursday, I called the number on the site which had lines open from 9.30am to 4.30pm - no answer. Getting very worried now.
Friday, googled carpaintrepair.co.uk and go into panic mode reading all the bad reviews.
Friday 30th April afternoon, delivery arrives! Not special or recorded but delivered none the less. Colour matches perfectly.
Spot on job. Very happy customer.
After reading reports I was apprehensive, but already having ordered I was pleasantly surprised as I received received good communication followed by product within 7 days - good colour match - no problems.
