My experience with this company Carolina Furniture and Appliance was by far the worst ever! I purchased a total of (11) Brand New appliances from several appliance companies and thank goodness, I only purchased (1) appliance from them. The item they delivered was extremely damaged and the people I spoke with were obnoxious and rude. Took a week for them to pick up their damaged item and took several calls to my credit card company and many to Carolina Furniture and Appliance to get credit back. All the (10) items I purchased from other companies, combined, weren't nearly as much aggravation and as time consuming, as the (1) item I bought from them. This business was an absolute nightmare to deal with and the worst customer service of 100% of companies I've ever dealt with. Attached are pictures of what I received from Carolina Furniture & Appliance as a BRAND NEW purchase!
