Same food every night which tasted terrible. We had a storm and they never warned us. Deck flooded people were in pool and ship tilted and all water came out. My mother almost got hit by rolling table and they didn't care. Water park was slippery kids sliding all over my daughter fell and hurt herself, They had the guts to charge her for medical for $325. They over priced, credit cards frauds. My advise go somewhere else!

I was affected here in Calif by the hurricane that came from Mexico.I have never been in a hurricane but if a tropical storm can cause so much damage I have a fear of being on a ship in the middle of hurricane season.I will however reschedule sometime in Jan after hurricane and holidays are over.Please refund my $200 paid for my casino fun...Thank you Lana Simmons booking # NOVOM6 code 1132

Samantha was very understanding of my need to cancel my cruise and worked with me to facilitate the cancellation. I'm writing to let you know I was not happy on my last cruise on the Mardi Gra ship,my booking was V46QF3,my room was not clean daily and I had sewer problems in which I did report it to customer service,the room service was bad decayed the housekeeper only came every other day sometimes every 3 days to clean in which she gave clean,I just book another cruise (booking number is K5C5R2)to day on the Sunshine to the Bahamas so I hope this one is better than the other one.If possible give me and feedback on my review from my last cruise,thank you.

The people were very friendly and helpful, but I had to cancel my cruise because one thing after another kept popping up. I hope to go on a cruise next year.

My wife and I had to cancel our upcoming cruise, booking #S4H8W6 due to a family illness. My wife's father has fallen gravely ill and she had to make emergency plans to get to his side. Her father lives in Athens Greece and we live in Florida, the USA. We did confirm that our penalty is $1278.00, with a credit back to us of $316.40. This would have been our 20th cruise on Carnival and we have a booking for New Years Eve, which we hope to take. We are Platinum members. Our request is for consideration for some sort of credit towards a future cruise, perhaps the New Years Eve booking on the Carnival Spirit 6-Night Western Caribbean, booking #S6L3P1. We can provide you with any documentation of my wife's trip, for example her flight bookings. She left on a United Flight #4255 on Tuesday July 11th, with a transfer to flight #8867 to Frankfurt Germany and flight #9303 to Athens Greece. Her return is tentative for August 9th. As loyal Carnival cruisers and having never experienced a need for a sudden cancellation, we'd appreciate any additional consideration for future bookings. Thank you and we'll be glad to provide anything additional that you might require.

I have been cruising for 30 yrs, and I am a Platinum card holder, and this is the first time I have an issue that I need your help to resolve. I had a cruise set up for March 2023, I had 2 Grand Suites, well I have a family emergency and so I had it rescheduled to March 2024, Booking numbers for 2 Grand Suites are #H40GQ7 and #D8C8C3, but I have $600.00 on board Credit on booking number #H40GQ7 that I would like transferred to my new cruise in March 2024. The other Grand Suite booking number is #D8C8C3 and I have $250.00 on board credit that I would like transferred to the new cruise in March 2024. They said that you all have to approve it, so please transfer the money to my new cruise in March 2024. I would appreciate it. I love cruising alot and I love Carnival. Thanks

I call to cancel my cruise for today due to my husband passed away. The representative told me I am going to charge a $200 penalty fee and for me to get the 200 credit back to me I must go on *******@carnival.com, I don't see the logic of this why didn't she reach out to her manager to try to help me. I didn't have the strength or the frame of mind at the time I called in to cancel. My husband and I cruise twice sometimes 3times per year. I also booked for December cruise. I will appreciate if someone reached out to me or credit my account.

Phillip Cranston booking # Z58TL2, I was not able make on cruise 0n 10/2/22, on my way to airport I had a back tire blow out on my car,. This incident about 6; 00am I was about was not able to make the flight on delta flight#2782- Atlanta to New Orleans to cruise my ship Carnival Glory. Thanks for your assistance to offer some credit to book my next cruise in April 2,2023.

I have a big family. 16 siblings to be exact. I was 14 when i went on my cruise and it was a blast. Of course we didn't take everyone in our family, on 2. It was just me my brother and my parents. When my family went on our cruise, it was amazing. The staff was supper friendly. I loved how they made animals out of the towels after they were done cleaning the room. It was funny. Not only was that great, but the food was amazing. I loved the burgers!. The icecream stand was soo good. However, i feel like the slides could have been better. But, it was still a blast. The excursions that we went on were super exciting. My fav was swimming with the dolphins. I also loved seeing on all the animals that they had. We got to hold a Monkey! It was super cute. When we went, we did the mexico cruise. I think. The roooms were really nice. We got one with a bunk bed and that was the nicest bunk bed i have ever f****** slept onn un my life. The entertainment shows were super cool. ALthough i was shy at the time, the conga line we did was amazing. Even if i didn't participate. It was still pretty cool. One of the nights we did a 90's party. That was fun. The director was really cool too. Idk what i would do without going on tht cruise.It was so good. Thanks for listening!

I have been on 9 cruises, 7 of them were on Carnival. My most recent was on the Vista. We got an RV so it has been a while and as soon as we got on the ship I realized how much I missed it. The ship is beautiful, the food is amazing and the people are incredible. I've been on a romantic cruise with just me and my hubby, I've been on family a cruise with our two kids, and I've been on a cruise with a group of 88 people. No matter what kind of vacation, Carnival exceeded our expectations every time.

Our cruise with Splendor was to start Sept. 7,2019 leaving Long Beach. Our booking number is 9JSW80... Our original cruise was planned for May, but we got a letter saying it needed to be changed immediately and September was about all that was left. Our names are Dale and Margaret Drumheiser. On August 7th my husband had esophagus and hiatal surgery. We were told the time for recovery would be around two weeks. Unfortunately, after all this time he is still on a liquid/soft diet. This has caused a lot of extra stress figuring out meals, back to the surgeon for testing to rule out a bacterial infection from possibly staying in the hospital over night, and trying to maintain a job as I have cared for my husband. We are on a limited income, since my husband is retired.
We were still going to try to make this trip happen even with pureed food on the ship. We have traveled a lot and are aware of the importance of our passports, but with all the extra stress caused by my husband's condition, we left home with out them. We live one and a half hours away from Long Beach and were not able to go back and get them. We would like to know if a credit could be given to us or a refund, so we can reschedule when my husband is able to fully enjoy this trip. We are sorry for the inconvenience to you, but in light of this mess, we would like you to seriously consider our request. Two days after our cruise left. I am resending this again on Sept. 28,2019 because on Sept. 18th we received a letter from Carnival about a refund that would go back into our banking accountant. We waited 9 days to see if that would happen, and when nothing happened, we called Carnival. They said they could not find either our letter or their response... So in good faith, we are resubmitting this letter and wait for your response.

This was a Christmas present for my husband; are flight was cancelled due to the weather in st louis. We would like credit on another cruise, this would of been my husband first cruise.Are booking number is 3TV2C6. There wasn't any flights on any airline to get us there before the ship left. Help us carnival!

Choosing to cruise Carnival was probably the best decision my wife could have made. We have been on several other cruises and enjoyed them, but we recently booked directly through carnival and it was the smoothest, easiest experience we've had planning a vacation. We booked last minute due to a change of plans and made out like bandits. Cheap prices, AMAZING room, and lots of excursions. I will book through Carnival again, 100%.

My spouse and I have a $500 credit with Carnival, due to unforeseen health circumstances we could not go on our original cruise dated 2-14-14. Booking no. 41DDX1. Credit was advanced to Oct 8,2016. We are unable to sail at this time due to Hurrican Hermine doing damage to our home in Florida, we will be incurring unexpected expense and work at this time. I am requesting that we be able to use this $500 credit toward a cruise for November 12-16,2017 aboard the ship Valor. Please allow this credit not be lost to us by allowing us to cruise with Carnival as requested. We can not afford to lose this money... I arrived at the ship with my party of 4 only to be told we couldn't get on. One of the people in my party did not have his birth certificate. He was informed since he was in the military he could use his military ID. This trip was a gift to him for retiring from the military after 28 years of service. I was mad at him for not knowing better. It was also his first cruise along with my son and grandson. It would have been my second. It it is at all possible I would like to have credit form this cruise go toward another cruise ASAP we also paid for parking could we have credit for that as well. I really enjoyed myself on your ship and would love to have them experience the same fun I did. Please Please Please do what you can to help.

Just returned from a 9 night South Pacific Cruise with my 3 boys and have to say that we'll definitely be doing this again.
Staff were fantastic and very friendly. Food was available 24 hours a day! Entertainment was great and there was so much to do that we have to do it again to see what we missed last time.
We had a balcony cabin, which was great, and we got an amazing deal directly with Carnival rather than a travel agent. (About $1000 less for the balcony cabin than the travel agent offered for a window only cabin. The children had so much to do that they didn't want to go home, especially my 4yo.
I was fortunate to be able to get assistance disembarking. Only had to pack my luggage by 11pm the night before and leave it outside my cabin. The next morning we only had a day bag to take to our relaxing breakfast and our luggage was waiting for us off the ship!
It was a wonderful holiday experience from start to finish!
