This review is for Nissa who works for Right at Home. Nissa is an excellent caregiver, she is always professional and goes the extra mile to make her patients feel important and special. Nissa is always compassionate, considerate, gentle and a great listener. Nissa always asks the patient if she is providing the care to the patient's needs, she is always conscientious to do the right thing for the patient. Nissa truly genuinely cares for her patients.
I posted a review on Caring.com about a Senior Rehabilitation Center that was allowing patients to lay for extended periods in soiled clothes and bedding and where my father broke his hip because of a fall. Caring.com refused to post my review on their site because it was negative: "Hello, Thanks for visiting Caring.com and submitting a review of Rehab and Healthcare Center of Cape Coral on 02/22/24: We declined your review for publication because it didn't meet our guidelines. Reviews on Caring.com can be positive, negative or in-between, and must meet those guidelines to be published." Amazing that they refuse to publish the truth to their viewers and people who would visit their site looking for a place to send their loved ones. I can only assume that Caring.com has some incentive to not publish negative reviews to companies that advertise with them and for that reason, you cannot trust the reviews you see on their site.
Hiring Home Instead was one of the best things we did for Wayne, who suffers from severe Parkinsons. Wayne looks forward to Deon (his primary care giver) and Mike (who usually does Saturday's). He feels comfortable and safe with both of them. Wayne is a very independent person so he was uneasy with having a caregiver at first. Both Deon and Mike treat him with respect and this makes a huge difference. We feel as if they are family. Having this kind of service is expensive but is definitely worth it as Wayne is able to stay at home and not be in a care facility. I certainly would give them 5 out of 5 stars.
My mother is at Sommersett Neighborhood in Oklahoma City. I can not write enough words to describe the care of my mother. The employees are the best. My mother has been treated with such kindness and care. During these hard times i am amazed how they have handled everything. I would recommend this facility if needed for their loved ones. They are family to my mother and to us.
Mary Stone, director, works tirelessly to follow all CDC policies during the COVID outbreak. She provides safely distanced indoor hall bowling, bingo, game afternoon, exercise to give her independent residents a little joy during shelter in place. I feel with daily temp checks and food delivery to her room, my mother, a resident of 3 years, is very safe and cared for at Heritage Woods. I highly recommend Heritage Woods to other families looking for a warm, welcoming facility for their loved one.
Everyone care and tried to assist each other. The nurses are there for our needs and medications on time. Assistance for those on personal needs feel safe in their care. Personal employers for any question on insurance or papers need attention.
From a resident of six years: Canterbury Court in Atlanta is the place for an older person to enjoy interesting and congenial neighbors in a well-run facility near the best that the city offers. Connected to the Episcopal Church, Canterbury CCRC offers a full range of services and opportunities for physical health and personal growth. A highlight is the large, professionally-designed garden on the grounds offering pleasant views and exercise options for every season and ability. Jean J.

Care giver is very helpful and don't care to do her job, she helps with any thing I need done, she goes above and beyond in all her duties
