I ORDER A WHEEL JULY 07 2015 AUGUST 17 STILL DON'T HAVE MY WHEEL i cancel my order. They sell products on there web site they don't have and can't get they use your money tell you get upset and cancel. I've ordered body kit for $1800 and the antena for $100.
The body kit arrived broken and i've tried to solve this problem with the carid.com but they said it was DHL's fault so i had to wait for the respond.
I waited a month and after a few emails i stopped trying to get the replace and had to keep the kit with broken parts in it.
I brought this kit to the place where they fix those kind of things and install them.
The total for the fixing was $400 plus the installation $500 because the kit wasn't exact size! I don't know what matrix do they use but the quality was aweful and the kit has whole between parts.so the fenders could have perfect fit at bottom and like an inch of space at the top so i was super dissapointed.
With the kit i've got the antena flipper. I was surprised when it didn't fit the top as it suppose to. I've tried to contact carid.com but the customer service is the worst thing ever so i just gave up calling to those scams.
My advice to people: NEVER buy kits from carid.com because the quality is aweful and the material is a fiberglass which is super fragile! Its not a plastic its a glass and its very fragile! Don't trust to the video on youtube showing the best quality and how durable it is because the shown product isn't actual carid.com product and its a specially made product which is durable.the real carid.com kits are super fragile and they can be broken even by a newborn baby. I wish i could get a refund from this nightmare company called carid.com!
Tried 5 times to get an issue resolved and each time got nowhere just more frustrated. They don't return calls and they are excellent at hanging the phone up or putting you on hold for an eternity when there is a problem. Stay away from this company they don't stand behind their parts.
I recently purchased headlights and wind deflectors for my Suburban. The headlight markers immediately leaked moisture and were cheaply made. The wind deflectors would not even fit in the window channels as described. The customer service people were intractable and not willing to exchange or refund. Their idea of customer service was to wish me a good day after doing absolutely nothing to find a solution.
I ordered 4 BigBang BB24 wheels for my 2009 Mustang Base model. This info. Was clearly on the order. And I just went back and double checked the invoice online that this information was there. It was.
I had Les Schwab mount Ultra z900s and after 3 trips back to address road vibration issues, Schwab indicated the wheel bolt patter was 5x115. The correct bolt patter for a 2009 Mustang is 5x4.5(114.3mm). So, CarID sent the wrong size. I have never been able to get anyone on the phone but I did get ok response online/email when I requested they send some new hub rings back when we thought that might be the problem.
I just submitted a claim online. We'll see how long it takes to respond and what their response is. Given all the negative reviews I'm concerned.

I didn't find out until the next day that the order was being held because of the difference between the billing and shipping addresses. The instructions for resolving the problem seemed complex and time-consuming. However, one quick call solved all the issues and I received my part on time. As several other reviews have mentioned, CARID has TERRIBLE customer service and due to their staffs lack of customs knowledge, I will be spending $100 more than originally suggested. Ashley Parham was my customer service representative and was not helpful and frustrating to deal with. As for the product itself I haven't received it yet so have no review on their merchandise but based solely on their customer service will not be placing any more orders through CARID and suggest anyone in Canada order elsewhere to avoid unforeseen fees.
I ordered a suspension lift for my truck but before I place the order, I decide to call to make sure everything was in stock and also asked couple question. One of those question was if the shocks i need them comes in pair. The sale representative name "Jared Woolley" ensure me they come in pair. I asked if he was super sure, and he said yes. What is my surprise when i got my package. They did not come and pairs. I call him and he said Ups must have my another package with the rest of the shocks for me. Called Ups they said there is not another package for me. Call him back he transfer the call to customer service this was around 9:30 am. I talk to around 10 people and everybody said no they do not come in pair and that he was wrong. I decide to talk to a manager guess what? Nobody is going to let you talk to a manager or supervisor. It seem like there is not manager in that company. I desperately i stared call every body to see if anybody can solve my problem. Talked to " Karla Mora" no luck, then " Anthony Lesco" no luck, then he transfer me to one of the supposedly manager " Simon" wait for 30 min never answer, them called my sales representative Jared Woolley again and told him I would like to talk to his manager, this dude put me on hold for 59 minutes nobody answer!. At this point I'm upset!. I got to talk to another dude called " Hector Ventura" he said her going to transfer my call to the manager on duty, no luck. Finally i got to speck with "lady garcia" she was helping a little but, they want me to pay more money for another product I don't want, I asked to let me speak with the sales manager named "Ben Mulley" and she said he was gone for the day! I asked the customer service manager or some manager she said " Ryan Gronlie" he was gone for the day also. This is just a big scam!. Be aware with this people!

I ordered a part that was suppose to work my car. It didn't work for my car. Requested to return the part. Got an email two days later asking me unnecessary questions like the VIN number which should have been asked in the first place. And I showed them the proof. I got a second email a day later. No progress made, just another email wanting clarification on my problem. I got something that doesn't work and I want to return it. Simple as that. (I got a partial refund out of nowhere... and now I'm stuck with a piece of plastic worth twice or three times that partial refund. THEY TAKE SO LONG TO ANSWER EMAILS, or dont even reply at all. I'm still waiting to know why I only got a partial refund and what I should do now.

Absolutely have had a rough time with this company. From the start, and currently, towards the end of my return process. They sent an ill-fitting spoiler for my car-rather than just accept this and give me an easy return process, they want me to take pictures of basically my whole life, including VIN, my car, the bad fitment, the color, where the gaps are, etc, and then submit this to them. Their website says nothing but easy returns if you aren't 100% satisfied-but instead, I am finding I have to jump through hoops just to get a return STARTED. Then they wanted to charge me a painting fee for an IN STOCK item. How the heck does that make any sense? It was already a painted wing before I ordered it, how dare you try to charge me for the paint work? I have had it with this company, will never buy from again. Their website claims that if you aren't 100% satisfied, you can easily return the product for a full refund. There isn't anything on there that states you have to take a bunch of pictures to PROVE why you aren't satisfied. I spent 2 HOURS on a chat session with a sales representative that just repeated herself over and over about policy, none of which is mentioned on the site itself. Poor customer service!
Stay away from this company. The website is great and that is their way to get you in. There is a reason they have a rating of 23/100. I find it very unlikely that the 5 star reviews are legit. As many of the people who reviewed this company have said - they sent the wrong part! This is what they did with me. I ordered a bug shield for front of my car. The item came and it was not even close to fitting my car. The label on the box said it was a for my vehicle but a 2 years older one. I emailed them and told them it did not fit. They said it does fit and that they wanted photos proving it did not fit. First off, that is freaking weird! Anyways, I took a few photos and actually sent a video clearly showing it was not even close to fitting. It was like 6 inches short on each side and none of the holes where remotely close. They said i would get a RMA soon. About 3 days later i got one and sent it back in the original packaging wrapped the exact same way. It was very well packaged. About two weeks later i got a refund. About two weeks after that I get an email telling me the bug shield was damaged! They sent me a photo of a bug shield with a 2 inch white thin scuff on it. It looked like they had just put a white line on it using one of those pencils people use to mark tiles. It looked like it would just wipe off. Also, I have no way of knowing if that was the one i sent back. It was totally fine when i sent it back. They said they were waiting for a damage report from UPS. Three weeks later i get an email saying UPS said it was not packaged properly and that was the cause of this mysterious white pencil / crayon mark. Now, they are saying they are going to take back their money and cant accept the bug shield back and do I want it back... LOL. Why would I want it back when you sent the wrong part in the first place - clearly not made for my car. The bug shield was packaged very well and no way that happened. This company is the worst. Do not be fooled by the fancy website! Nobody knows the real stock they have. Seems they just send out random parts and when you try and send them back it starts a $#*! storm. Good luck to you all. If you choose to use them - don't say you were not warned!
I read reviews of alternator replacements on Isuzu Rodeos, which are temperamental. Many aftermarket alternators fail or still show warning lights after replacement. One review said use an OEM Hitachi or a Bosch. CARiD had a Bosch at a good price, received it quickly, and fixed it on the first try. Refunded core deposit promptly.
This was my third time purchasing products from CARiD and the product received was identical as describe and delivery was awesome. A week after purchasing my item I saw for a lower a price on a next site and as soon as I inform CARiD with proof I was sent the difference in price.

I wish I could give them no stars. Well it's my fault for placing the order and not pricematching elsewhere. Placed an order for Motegi MR107 wheels for my car and two days later tried to cancel after I found them so much cheaper somewhere else. Most sites don't charge shipping, this site does, over $100 for something they don't have in stock and comes from the manufacturer. They're skimming hundereds of dollars off the top. I could have saved over $300 for one set of wheels if I knew better. And they will tell you it's special order so you are stuck with the purchase and they won't price match wheels and tires. Don't let the fancy website fool you. I ordered a seat cover online 07/29, received order confirmation. Few days later, shipping notice said it would ship on 08/20, almost a month later. Nothing special about this product, so they did not have in their inventory, or the company they are representing did not. Then on 08/21 received notice that it was delayed to 08/31, with no explanation of why. On 08/31 did not receive shipping notice, and called. I called and went through prompt to get to status of my order, the hold time was 29 minutes. I then called from another line and went through the prompts to get to placing an order, and someone answered in 2 minutes. I asked what the status of the order was and was told it would ship tomorrow and a notification should be sent out. Fine. The next day 09/01 I checked for an email, nothing came in and so I was fed up and called again. This time I called to cancel the order, again 20+ minute wait time. So again from another phone, I called to go through the prompts for placing an order and got right through. Spoke to someone who entered a "Cancellation Request" for my order, and then I received an email confirmation for the request. Fine. I then check my email the next day, and GUESS WHAT? All of sudden the order ships! This is a front for a company that basically buys and sells things, however they hold your money to collect interest on it. Would not recommend or buy from this company. There are plenty of other places to get automotive parts and accessories.
