In October 2014 I ordered some $1200 worth of dress up products for my Cadillac SRX. Over a number of weeks I received all the items except one, upper half chrome mirror covers. Over the next four months I continuously called and or received message from CarID as to the progress of the item. Was either "at any time now" OR, "manufacturing problems please be patient". Finally asked for a refund. Oct 2015, SAME STORY. NOT AVAILABLE LEAVE YOUR E-MAIL FOR CONTACT WHEN AVAILABLE. That is how these rip off people artist do business. A YEAR LATER AND THE PRODUCT IS STILL LISTED ON THEIR "AVAILABLE" LIST WITH A NOTE. Go to shopsar.com although more expensive they have them in stock. Will NEVER deal with CARID AGAIN.!
STAY AWAY FROM CARID. They sent the wrong part, said they would refund my money, then gave me $8 of my $20. I called them on it and they asked for my VIN for my car, are you kidding me? I sent in pictures showing them the part is wrong, week later and still nothing. I will complain on every site I can find, stay away.
I bought the Spyder taillights for my 06 Range Rover and never got a confirmation. After a few days I called and was informed they were out of stock, but they never called or emailed to tell me. They put me on backorder for 3 months. When the lights finally showed up, they seemed okay. After about 6 months, the clear plastic started to haze over on one of the taillights. I called to see about a replacement and was informed that the warranty was 90 days. I went on their site to write a review, but it would not allow me. I wrote to their customer service dept and they sent me a review form. I submitted the review but it never appeared on the item page. Apparently, they screen the reviews and only post the good ones.

Called my order in to make sure my order was correct. I gave them all the info about my vehicle for a roof rack and they sent it to me in a decent amount of time. WELL it was completely wrong for my vehicle and I had to argue with them until I called the manufacturer and they said it was wrong. Called back Carid with the correct information from the manufacturer so it would be right the next time. Had to repack and ship the incorrect items back(took them 3 days to email call tag) now waiting for my shipment to be received before the correct product will be sent. All in all this takes another 2 weeks. Almost a month for something I needed in a week. I got a sorry sir this is how we work.
Carid FAILED to ship the proper item after two weeks of waiting. To top it off I have to repackage everything and they will wait to credit me after they receive their screw up. NOT AT ALL SATISFIED!

I ordrered 2015 SUBARU XV Dash KIT; not what I GOT!
I called to receive the 10% discount, they said that they can't apply 10% for items thats already discounted. Then the ref offered me $20 discount but the 20 only covers the shipping…but on their web its free shipping. So the $20 didn't really matter cause the prize on the web is the same price the ref is offering me with the $20 discount.
Long story short, I ordered a bumper grille for my wife's denali. They shipped me the wrong one. I called they emailed me a return label to send it back so I did it. About 2 weeks later they email me saying that it was cut and was my fault. Without knowing it they debited my account the full price of part and didn't send this ruined, no good to me part back to me. Their customer service has been terrible through this whole situation and now I'm getting screwed. Order somewhere else!
I placed an order for wheels on October 6th. They said it will be available to ship 7-10 days. Followed up on October 20th. They said it will be available to ship on NOVEMBER 23rd. NOVEMBER 23rd? Really? Called back today, got my thanksgiving gift, they told me the product is discontinued and I will not be getting my wheels. They made me wait 2 damn months and 0 calls/emails to update me! Wish I would have read these reviews first. Never buy from them! I have spent 8 days jerk ing around with customer service. They don't listen! Took pictures of faulty part which they requered and said they would replace. Now they want everything back. Tons of labor for me to do that. Twice told me RMA is coming. Nothing sent. How does this place exist?
Purchased tires and rims, provided all the details on the vehicle and even pictures. The tires are unsafe and will crush upon the weight of the vehicle or shred upon driving, our tire place would not install them and our dealership provided a written statement on how unsafe they were. CARiD still does not believe that they are unsafe and won't let us return them. Even the tire manufacture has stated they are unsafe. We had to order safe tires from our tire place so we could use the rims. The rims are not custom like we ordered and the bolts keep coming lose because they are not custom for our vehicle. The dealership has deemed these unsafe and could cause serious injury or death. CARid obviously does not care that they sell products that could cost a life of a loved one. 4months of trying to return unsafe products is not great customer service.
I bought 2 dash mats 1 for my truck 1 for my car! It said I would receive it by 9/11 it came 9/14 and only 1 mat showed up I emailed them emediatly to let them know! They were very nice and asked if I would wait tell the 10th of next month because they were out of stock I said absolutely not! CARiD said they would give me a refund with in 48 hours they never did I called in carid where the lady personally said your refund will be in your bank for sure in 24 hours! It didn't get put back in my bank! They kept my money and never delivered the product! Thrives lies! We ordered a part to ship to an APO, there was no tracking numbers. Called customer service and they said they will contact us in 24 hours. They did not. Neither did the part ever leave the warehouse. Still waiting. Credit card has been charged since August, its now October and still no part, no refund, no discount, no nothing. Its disappointing! They say they offer a military discount but did not apply it to our purchase. Its exhausting with this company! Got to the states yourself and avoid the stress of all this!

Stay away from this company, they first double billed me for a set of fender flares, I only needed one set (4 flares) they charged me for two sets (8 flares). I ordered unpainted flares and per the company representative, I was told the flares were OEM and would fit and just needed to be painted. Flares arrived and sent to auto body shop to be painted and installed. However, the flares did not fit an F-250 (too long) and the company now refuses to provide an authorization for return. Everyone, I spoke with, had an accent and I had to repeat the problem a number of times. They could care less about customer satisfaction. Buyer beware. Purchase from a more reputable company. WJM
I have a Cadillac cts and ordered two tires due to a blow out.(this car does not come with a spare and no tire shops in town had any in stock) so my vehicle is in a very nice strangers yard awaiting a tire arrival. I ordered these tires on the 22nd and I got an email canceling my order 3 days later due to not having my item in stock... Would have been nice to know asap or even before I spent over 400 bucks with this site. Wow. Thanks. Letting the people know to have caution is the least I can do.
I recently ordered a Kayak rack that was set to arrive Monday. I called UPS and they tell me that a apartment number was not provided, but on my confirmation you could see in plain sight there was my apartment number. I call the CARiD company, and they insist they provided the shipping company the correct apartment number. Long story short, the level of unprofessionalism from this company is unbelievable.
