I ordered custom seat covers for my daughter's Ford Focus. The online rep, Brian assured me they needed 7-9 days for manufacturing and two days shipping. I went online a few days later and saw shipping was scheduled for 28 Dec. I immediately started a chat with Mia Do how appeared sympathetic and suggested I not cancel but receive the item and then decided if I wanted to keep it. She then offered to send me a $15 coupon plus a print certificate that we could wrap and place under the tree so my daughter would at least see a picture of the seat covers. After six days nothing, zip, no emails or snail mail. Got online and surprise, chatted with Mia Do again. Clueless, no record of said promises, nothing. I decided to cancel immediately, surprise again as there was no attempt to persuade me otherwise. Said I would hear something in 1-2 days confirming the cancellation. I told her I have no faith after all the negative reviews, so fingers crossed.

Fraudsters! Never again. I bought a GT 500 hood that was a full half inch narrower than the factory opening of a Ford Mustang. They suggested I realign the fenders to the new hood. Absurd! The piece was made of fiberglass, and NO GELCOTE used in the manufacture of the part. Warped and distorted and full of flaws the part required over 60 hours of labor by a pro body man to be even presentable. DON"T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. Buy nothing from these rip offs!
My package was claimed as delivered yet was missing. Car Id said they will need 3 business days to contact the courier and after they will sent out a replacement. ( This was finally said after talking to few representatives) Days pass and pass and no news yet from UPS or any update on Car Id's side. Now they are telling me the part is out of stock yet I can add it to my cart and order it again - but why would I want to try that risk again? Waiting for a refund if I will ever get it - customer service shows no sympathy or even acknowledges for being a loyal customer. They can't even provide a refund confirmation number - email - incident or anything for proof! Never ordering from them again!
Very happy with CARiD's service. I had to chat with a rep because I wasn't sure if the part I was wanting would be the right one. They were very quick to respond and I received the correct part in the mail. Will definitely shop from them again.
I filled out a application with Carid and ordered bumper mounts and they sent them to Alabama instead of my home address in Pa. Then they charged me for their mistake so i had to pay shipping two times for the same parts, i will never use these folks again, they put all the blame on me and if it were my falt i wouldn't be losing and wasting my time on writing this, dont do your shopping here
Everything i have ordered has been wrong except 1 item out of 30 items. This is not a company you want to buy from at all.
I ordered wheels and tires over 2 months ago. After 1 month, I received the wrong order and had to have multiple conversations with them about correcting the order (CarID wanted me to take the wheels to a wheel shop and pay for swapping out the wrong parts, and then submit a receipt to them so they could DECIDE if they would reimburse me)! Really?! After several more conversations, they finally "made an exception" to have them shipped back to their warehouse so that they could correct the order (which took them another a month to fix and ship back).
After waiting another month to have them fixed and returned, I noticed that 2 of the "new" tires were actually significantly aged (nearly 6 years old) and the other 2 tires were 3.5 years old (so essentially unusable since my car manufacturer warns against using tires that are beyond 6 years for safety concerns). CarIDs response was that they would only change 2 of them out (even though they would only have limited use) and their own "tire expert" also advises against it (CarIDs "tire expert" published an article on aged tires on their website advising against buying "new" tires that are aged beyond 1 year)!
After having several more conversations with people who really don't know what they are doing, I contacted VISA and we called them together so that they could verify this nonsense and they agreed to refund me and filed to dispute payment! Absolutely ridiculous!
So I still have the 4 wheels and old tires at my house, waiting for CarID send me shipping labels so that they can be returned (it's been over 2 weeks and I still don't have them).
In the meantime, I ordered the same set of tires from Tire Rack and I received them in 3 days (that were manufactured less than 6 months ago), with a free 2 year road hazard warranty, that were pre-registered, and a form to receive and $60 mail-in rebate. Now that's customer service!
If you are thinking about buying wheels/tires for CarID, I advise you to steer clear from them. They are absolutely horrible and by far the worst company I have ever experienced.
I ordered a Duraflex C bumper from CARID.com for my G35. The part came damaged and flimsy constructed. They would not take a return and ripped me off for $334 dollars. These guys are rip off artists!
Looking for nothing more than new floor mats, dealer wants $350.00... website has the whole set for half that. SO, as advertised on their website, I do a chat and ask for color samples. They tell me to email another address - which I did - included ALL COLORS AND EVEN THE COLOR NUMBERS FROM THE SITE! Sent the email early... didn't get a reply until the next day and was asked for a "link"... to their own website? Whatever, I pulled the items I wanted back up - which involves identifying the YEAR/MAKE/MODEL of your car - and sent them a link to their own website... again, didn't receive a reply until the NEXT day. This time they said they needed the YEAR/MAKE/MODEL of the car... what? It was CLEARLY SPELLED IN THE LINK sent BACK to them of their own website... UGH. So, still hoping their product is nice, replied and said it's in the link you wanted and highlighted the car info. AGAIN, another whole day gone, don't get a reply until the following day saying OK, you can order color samples for $10.00... REALLY - after 4 attempts and 4 days requesting nothing more than a color sample and you want a credit card... NOT!

Had a choice of three colors for when ordering mats for correct year and make of car. I picked my interior color mats. That showed up were way off. Will not exchange or refund since they were "special" order, 204.99 down the drain.
I returned two mirrors to CARID by UPS and they claim only one was in the box. I spoke to Wagner on the phone a few days ago and he said they were received and I would get my refund. Days went by and no refund but they send me another return label. I have the UPS receipt showing the weight and that both were in one box! They called me a liar by saying as soon as I returned the other mirror I would get my money. I will never use them again and I will let everyone know that I returned their merchandise and they kept my money! Shame on them! Don't use them unless you want to risk losing your money should you need to make a return.

I was browsing the wed and came across this site' so I ordered a second row car seat covers for my Chrysler Pacifica. They sent me the wrong size and seat covers so I sent them back then they sent me the front seat covers which I never asked for then they wanted me to take pictures of it before sending it back.it took over a month. To make a long story short I only got the front seat covers never the back and now they are saying they don't make them now I'm stuck with only front row seat covers "which know one told me until yesterday that they don't make them ' it have been 7 months I been going back and fourth with them just so they can tell me I'm stuck with only the front seat covers which I never would have bought if they told me this earlier smh. Never again everyone be aware they are truly ripoffs.

After over a month and talking thru email to four or five different customer care personnel. They r now trying to tell me the caliper was sent back to me and I couldn't get my core refund. Yet I never recieved the part back and the company gave me no explanation as to y it was sent back where it was sent or what the tracking number on the package was. Jus another company taking advantage of hard working ppl and throwing all morals out the window to make a dollar.
These guys sent me a damaged sv style wing for my lamborghini which cost aprox $2800
Then because i did not have the original packaging (which the installing shop accidentally discarded) they refuse to refund my money (even though i have an email saying from them guys would).
After 2.5 months of hassles and multiple phone calls. These guys refused to refund my money.

I bought a sun shade for my new car and these people shipped me two! I called to get a refund and they said that I'd have to wait 3-5 business days, ship the product back, and then I'd get credit. I spoke to a supervisor and said this was unsatisfactory and he could care less. He even told me that the duplicate was my fault. I won't get into the details, but their system said that I never completed the order. Their system only shows one order on my end and I only got one notification for one item. I demanded instant satisfaction since it was there fault. Spoke to another supervisor and got the same. She was less insulting, but just as cold. They could care less about keeping me a customer. I told the second supervisor that now I'd rather return both items. They will lose money on shipping and the sale. I'll get all my money back and I will just go direct to CoverCraft. I would rate them ZERO stars if I could. AVOID this business at all cost.
