I was very happy with the services I got from this company when I was searching for a used car. These reports gave me a lot of information on the vehicles I was looking at and this helped me select a vehicle that had a good history. The vehicle I was initially interested in turned out to have needed some major repairs and my history on such vehicles often lead to them needing more major repairs after I obtained them. I feel they provide a great service at a very reasonable rate and recommend they be utilized for this service.
They appear to be offering you a 1 time report for $1. Instead you get charged $23.95, and put into a monthly subscription at $23.95. It is very sneaky and misleading. Their customer service says they are gonna cancel my subscription and refund my $23.95 in 3-5 days. I will update if they do. If they don't, I am gonna post all over the internet about this fraud. People just trying to get a 1 time report for a potential car they are buying, and instead they sneak you into a ridiculous subscription. Who in the world needs to run a ton of car reports every month for a year that it's worth $23.95/month

I wanted to run a report on this vehicle because Car Fax had very little information. This report revealed the same results
Although it states you will only be charged $1 for the report then hits you with a $18 bill the report was pretty detailed. I was pretty satisfied

Service is pretty accurate all the information is based on the car what it looks like information on the vehicle recalls on the vehicle. Everything came out really nice, very detailed would recommend it to a lot of people

I did some searching to find a way to check on the Vin of a car I want to buy. Not only is this the cheapest you get so much for your money! The site does take you step by step, which for very impatient people might feel slow, but I liked how simple everything was to use!
I think the report was generated really fast and detailed. What I didn't like is some important information like the owner's name, registration and title was missing for some reason. Otherwise, it was a good experience to have a report like that in seconds. Thanks.
Good site for looking up your vin for cheap. I'm always weary of getting scammed on the Internet for stuff that seems too good to be true, but so far site seem legitimate. Would like to see a clearer history of past owners, but most other info was there and easy to look over.
Provided the details as expected. There were no accidents or anything to report for the vehicle I searched, however the interface of the site worked well. Overall it did what I needed.
