I was very happy with the services I got from this company when I was searching for a used car. These reports gave me a lot of information on the vehicles I was looking at and this helped me select a vehicle that had a good history. The vehicle I was initially interested in turned out to have needed some major repairs and my history on such vehicles often lead to them needing more major repairs after I obtained them. I feel they provide a great service at a very reasonable rate and recommend they be utilized for this service.

They appear to be offering you a 1 time report for $1. Instead you get charged $23.95, and put into a monthly subscription at $23.95. It is very sneaky and misleading. Their customer service says they are gonna cancel my subscription and refund my $23.95 in 3-5 days. I will update if they do. If they don't, I am gonna post all over the internet about this fraud. People just trying to get a 1 time report for a potential car they are buying, and instead they sneak you into a ridiculous subscription. Who in the world needs to run a ton of car reports every month for a year that it's worth $23.95/month ‍

They advertise $1.00 for your initial report then $24.00 / mo. BS - They instantly charge your card $23.95!
I know this because my CC sends me notifications of every charge, instantly. So I called and complained and the guy was an Jack*** telling me that it states right next to the credit card info section that they charge you the $23.95. Again BS. I read it back to him just as it appears in the screen shot below and he said it's only a 5 cent difference. No kidding but it said the 1st report was $1. He proceeds to tell me that the $1 is a deposit. Does anyone else see "DEPOSIT" on this page? No!
In the end, this is FALSE ADVERTISING AND THUS A SCAM. By the time most people see their $23.95 charge - it's too late for a refund. STAY AWAY!

Signed for $1 for one car report. Was very surprised when saw a charge of $23.95 on my credit card activity.
Contacted customer service and was told I must accidentally upgrade my account for $23.95. Got a refund anyway. So beware very sweet deals for $1.

This website will give you a useless report with no information as well as sign you up for a subscription service without asking. Your $1 charge will suddenly be $19 every month. Stay away!

This is a SCAM
This is a SCAM. They say they will charge you $1 for the report but they automatically sign you up for $18.95 per month for a whole year? It's a bait and switch... a good old fashion scam. They must get many unsuspecting people that never check their credit card statement. User Beware! These dudes are straight up crooks.

They are scammers, they scammed me of 15$ I will never forgive nor forget this. They are wicked people. Their reviews are paid for... Not actual people... Run from them. I think it was 20

30 days later got another 18.95 charge from CARDATAUSA.COM which i had no dealings with. Quicker to call bank which closed card and sent me new one then to call company. All good now

Filled out form to pay the $1. Got information report. Seemed complete but can not verify unless i use other sites to verify. Checked bank. No dollar taken out, but $18.95 was.?. Having bank deny payment.

Googled RV values and this site popped up. I entered the requisite info and when asked for, my credit card info to charge for a review of the RV I was checking. It was advertised for $1 to get the info. I should have seen that as a red flag, but proceeded. Then I received a red banner advising my cc was not valid and suggested to re-enter the info…I did twice more when I got the same advice. I gave up. Within an hour my credit card was billed for $18.95 THREE TIMES! Obviously they scammed me for my card info and tried to charge it. A SCAM if ever there was one and thieve scoundrels need to be banned from advertising and prosecuted for fraud…IMHO.

I fell into their trap and thought it would just cost me a dollar to find out the history of the car I was interested in. I don't recalled reading it was going to be a monthly fee. I thought I cancelled it but apparently that didn't happened. I was charged $18.95 since October of 2019. That's a whopping $170.55 out of my account for a service I only used once. Stay away is the safest thing to do.

I purchased a report for $1.00. They charged me the $1.00 plus an additional $24.95. I called them and they said they would send me an email to confirm credit of $24.95. It's the next day and I have not received anything from them. Don't use this website!

They advertise $1.00 VIN check, then they charge your account for $1.00 PLUS
$18.95... don't fall for this... I was able to have the unauthorized $18.95 refunded with a big hassle.

Read the fine print. Reports are limited as indicated in fine print. Let me explain how limited. The truck I bought has an (R) reconstructed title. The report which cost $1 plus the $18.95/mo charge listed the truck as no salvage or accident history. When I called, the answer was "we have limited access to public info only". State of PA titled this thing R, that's fairly public.

The service was good, but I not sign up for any $18.95 a month subscription. I am not blind! This thing was hidden somewhere so they purposely try to do this. Any legit company will clearly display this type of information and make you clearly indicate you want it. Shame on these scammers.

So glad I checked the reviews! My gut told me this was a bad site as soon as I saw their little ol' $1.00 charge after their ad said "FREE" car history. I know a dollar isn't much, but it IS NOT FREE.
They are liars and con artists, and I'll have nothing to do with them. Ever. Plus, now I'm going to actively work to get them shut down.

You agree to pay $18.95 / month for 12 mos. $227.40. Of course this is shown at the bottom as the last item. I doubt you cancel very easily. Best advice - DO NOT DO THIS!

They don't tell you that their records only go back to 1981. They said they'll charge you $1 dollar but in fact you get charged $18.95! And they will keep charging $18.95 monthly. SO WATCH OUT! DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Stay way. I'm not the only one complaining on the recurring charges. It is a scam as other have said.

After reading good and bad reviews I continued carefully. I even read the fine print of the agreements and watched carefully as I checked all kinds of boxes. I found in the end that I did sign up for the 1 year service. I checked my account and found I had 24 credits. I immediately did an on line chat and they cancelled my account. Now I need to get with my credit card company and block all charges from this site. Stay away!
