Found this website when searching for car hire, this site came up and was a lot more cheaper than anything we had been quoted so thought we would give it a go. Our car hire was through Europcar and was only down the road to us, on getting the car we did all the paperwork and was soon on our way. So thank you Carflex we will definitely be back to use you fir our next car hire.

We collected the car at the airport but due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to return at another destination. This change was agreed and actioned seemlessly.

The rental process at CarFlexi is easy and quick. I had an accident and their insurance company paid as soon as all the documents required were produced. As long as you pay attention to all the terms of the deal you make with CarFlexi insurance you will be fine.
However, my experience with Europcar, Australia was appalling. I will never book with them again.

I booked a car through Carflexi in Porto at Turisprime. I had a very new (2 months old) Nissan Micra. It was very good, I liked it. Unfortunately I had a little accident with it, there were some scratces on the car at the rental period ending, so I had to pay more than 300 EUR to Turisprime, because I didn't have an insurance by them. But when I made the contract with Carflexi, there were Full Damage Waiver and Theft Protection in it, so I hoped the will refund the money for me. So I wrote them, and after a few weeks (or 2 months) of emailing and sending officially proofs, they refunded all the money. (At least I hope, I haven't checked my bank account yet.)

This is my 2nd time from carflexi and I am fully satisfied. My 1st one was cancelled due to my holiday cancellation(Thomas Cook Flight). I got my refund within 3 days. My latest one has no problem at all. In total, I am very satisfied with the service.

Firefly Car Rental supplied the vehicle which was immaculate and a very good price.
The only drawback was the amount of time the process took in collecting the vehicle.

I needed a space wagon because of students move. The people arranged exactly what I needed, explaining very well everything about the car and procedures. It's good to feel safe in a country you never drove before. Thank you all for your assistance

Few days ago, I booked a Mitsubishi ASX car through CarFlexi to travel around Tasmania, Australia for a week in December 2020 but I had to cancel my reservations due to personal reasons. They provided me with the cheapest prices for car rental and insurance cover for theft & damage excess reduction -I saw on the internet when I booked this car.

The physical car provider is East Coast Car Rental - a reputable brand in Australia with near new cars. I had hired East Coast's car in Australia a number of times in the past.

Carflexi took a refundable deposit from me during the booking.

I have made some queries before cancellation with CarFlexi's online team based in Greece. Except the time difference between Greece and Australia, they had been always prompt in their communications. They assured me that my booking would be cancelled free of cost and I would get my deposit fully refunded (as per terms of the booking).

Upon cancellation, I found that everything they had said was unquestionably correct. I had booked the car through my pay pal account so there was a delay in getting my refund deposited to my bank -which of course was quite reasonable.

I read some negative reviews against Carflexi but I have experienced everything above my satisfaction level.

I have not driven a car booked through CarFlexi yet. But my above experiences have made Carflexi trustworthy to me like any reputable online car rental companies. I shall happily book my next car through Carflexi, if the car I shall need will be available through their website at a competitive price.
