I have diligently followed up and get sweet emails of no substance. I ordered $80 worth of antibacterial supplies. I ordered in May.
I have been calling their contact number on website. I get a message, the number is busy! What company doesn't have an ARU? Or is it because thousands of people are calling that have not received supplies?

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have been emailing them and they do respond, but they haven't given me anything of value to be able to track down the order. The customer service says it's been in the US for months. Now all of the sudden it's my responsibility to call the postal service and try to find it. But again, I have nothing to give the US postal service. UGH! I would recommend DO NOT BUY!
I ordered a pair of infrared thermometers in April 2020 and today in late August 2020 I have not received the ordered product! I am still fighting them and disputing the charges on PayPal. When I started the dispute with PayPal in August, the company immediately shipped a pair of cheap knock-off version of what I had originally ordered with none of the same features of a more expensive product that I paid for. Their customer service is non-existent. I would absolutely not buy ANYTHING from this disreputable company that does not even deserve 1 start, but I had to choose at least 1 star to get my review published.
I ordered two packages of wipes in late April and as of July 14 I have received NOTHING. I started emailing them mid May acquiring about my order because the tracking number wasn't working and they basically gave me the run around making up excuses about why the tracking wasn't working. By early July I became fed up and asked for a refund and they had the nerve to ask me why I wanted the refund so that they could see if it's covered by their refund policy. To make a long story short they hinted that they couldn't give a refund because the package was already near me and that it should reach me in 4-7 days. Today is the 14th and like I said NOTHING. When I was contacting them in May and June they responded to all of my emails and calls. After them telling me my order should arrive in 4-7 days they have stopped talking (I guess they got tired of keeping up with the LIES) I have been emailing and ringing the phone off the hook NO RESPONSE. I have now disputed the charge with my bank. I will be posting my review EVERYWHERE making sure no one else gets scammed by them. AS I STATED BEFORE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
This company is a complete SCAM. Was formerly known as Medical Service Center. I ordered in early May 2020 and they gave fake DHL tracking number and e-mailed all sorts of excuses for delayed shipments (note the hotmail and gmail accounts they use for e-mail). Then they went silent when I accused them of fraud and demanded proof of shipment.
I am working with my credit card company and have disputed charges as products ordered and paid for never received.
I will never buy from them again. I can't believe I bought a pack of disinfected wipes from them for 26.00. The wipe itself is very small. They say you can get a refund and return but if it's been past 30 days you can't get it. Guess what it takes a month just to receive the product. Lesson learned never order off the links from Facebook.
I ordered alcohol wipes from this company on my first tracking shipment it said that my package was going to be 22 lb then the next time it said 55 lb. I got one small pack of wipes and it costed me 10.00 in shipping as well. So for a total of 26 and some change I got this! And it came from China just an FYI.
You will not get your product do not use this company. It is a scam. I had to notify my bank to try to help me get my money back. They us a fake DHL account.
I bought and paid for a pulse oximeter, more than 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive my order. When I email this company they do not reply. I now realize that this is a scam.
Placed and order with this company, formerly MEDICALCENTERVLUB.com, for Disengagement Wipes on April 25, and they were supposed to have arrived within 10-15 day. But as of May 15,25 days later, these items have NOT arrived. The company sent a PHONY tracking number with DHI eCommerce which DOES NOT EXIST. I filed with PayPay for refund,
