I have been a happy customer at Card Cavern. Delivery of codes is fast (within minutes) and I have not experienced any problems. The business is also active in the community and sponsors some of the online tournaments. I will continue to shop for codes there in the future.
HORRIBLE experience with this company that wasted my time! I made one purchase that went through and I was so excited that after I opened the digital codes, I came back to order again. Only to be blocked for FRAUD? This honestly blew my mind, I am most certainly not fraudulently buying anything. I called paypal because the person CLAIMED it wasn't their fault only to be told that the MERCHANT (card cavern) cancelled the transactions. I got short impatient answers from this person THIRTEEN EMAILS. THIRTEEN! Mostly of made up "reasons" like my address being wrong? The final email was that their system AUTOMATICALLY flags for fraud (lol WHAT with what parameters) and there is nothing they can do. I have to say this is also my first time dealing with this. Ive had my bank call me confirming transactions but never a paypal transaction flagged by a recipient for fraud. I should note my paypal is not a new account and is a business account at that. You guys are a joke. Went to ptcgostore right after the 13th email of WASTED time, to making the SAME purchase with the SAME billing method/email and WOULDNT YOU KNOW IT it went through without some bogus FRAUD system "flagging" me a totally legitimate person just trying to spend money on dumb codes. I mean honestly guys.
