Great customer service, Gavin helped me out from day 1 when I called to ask questions. He saved my info for when I was ready to buy and it went very simple. It took a while to get here, but that is on the postal service and not the company. It was packaged very well and came with a return shipping label so that my bad TCM module could be returned and no core charge. I highly recommend these guys and gals, they did a wonderful job.
Don't believe their Google rating, it's false and generated by bots. Read their BBB file or Consumer Assurance. They have the lowest rating possible of 1 star. Most reviewers wished zero stars was an option! They sent me an ECM that was non functional and wouldn't communicate with a professional diagnostic tool at the dealership. It took months and when I finally got a refund it was for less than half. These people are theives!

Checking on the shipping as I had not received a ship date and that was because it was in testing before being shipped. I am definitely okay with it being tested before I get it .
Cost was less for the TCM through them rather than the auto parts store or even ebay and it has a warranty that is better than ebay.
I spoke with a woman named Brittany when I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy one or not. She informed me that if I purchased it and turns out it was not the problem I could return it for refund that alone made me decide this was the company I wanted to do business with. I got my PCM very quickly I disconnected the battery to my Jeep took out old PCM put new one in reconnected battery my Jeep started up all my problems were fixed it runs like its brand new. I am very very happy

I have not yet installed my PCM but I am writing this review anyway. (It is due to be installed on Wednesday) My experience with Car Computer Exchange has been awesome. I made a mistake on the ship to address which they quickly fixed in one phone call. They provided me updates on my order, and you can't beat the price. I am looking forward to getting this PCM in my care and on my way.
I just called for order updates. Every time I was greeted and helped by very professional people.
I looked at several options for my PCM. Although there were some less expensive options their website sold me. They test every unit that goes out and their warranty is unmatched. The price is much less than OEM and I am hoping that the quality is as good as they advertise. I will certainly update this review later when it has been installed. If I have to go by the service and experience that I have had thus far I am sure this PCM will surpass my expectations.

Don't use this business. Their Better Business Bureau rating is 1 star out of 5, consumer assurance has 55 reviews and every single one is the lowest possible score. This is a scam business.

Been dealing with car computer exchange since late october,after them sending 3 different ecm for my vehicle they all looked like they where pulled from yunk yard parts none of them worked like they said it would. After returning their bad parts back and requested a refund they are now refusing to talk to me about it they have not returned my email back to me regarding my refund they kep telling me to get ahold of billing department but nobody answered the phone for the department,,they do answer for new orders,,of course they answer to take your money but when it come to giving money back they do not want to talk to you nor do they want to help you out keep telling me they are not in billing department and they hang up on me telling me they cant help me with my refund,,after dealing with them for over 3 months they are all the same people working in that scam and for them to say they are not in billing department is a joke,, do not recommend using this place for your ecm repairs it a scam,,,,as of right now still have no answers to where my refund is,,they do the talk over the phone but they dont walk when it come to it,,hope this help you out,,do not use this company for your repairs its a scamm all the way...

Every step was taken exactly as specified per company's request. Car started and is running again. But the quality and professionalism weren't there. The box and part were oozing the smell of spray paint terribly. And the entire back of the new part was dented-in all over it like someone had used a screw driver or something to hammer the thing back together. Experience with them I would say 2.5 to 3 out of 5

Program is off a bit. It pull my engine into the correct timing and no misfires. But Check engine light comes on for code P2017 and I don't have an Intake Manifold runner control sensor on my engine. My old computer didn't show this as a problem before I replaced it. I think the programming is wrong. I know 3.5 engine have it but there isn't one on my 2.7 liter engine.
Email to Car Computer Exchange on Friday and haven't had enough time for them to respond yet due to the weekend and Holiday. However, I did call on Friday around 12 noon Pacific Standard Time and recording said to email because all agents were busy at the time. So I email my problem in and waiting for a response sometime Tuesday Jan. 2nd, 2024

Got my part timely with the return sticker for the core. It also included a list of what to check to ensure the ecm would not be damaged if you did not check/replace some other parts related to the electrical system.
