Super cheap crap from China. I ordered a dress and a top that were $40 each. I got taken big time. No telephone. Email was sketchy. Won't refund money, will only give me a "store credit". I don't want anything from this sham of a business. Facebook needs to censor who advertises on their site instead
Of censoring Facebook users. Don't order anything that is advertising on Facebook or any other social media. They are not legit companies. My daughter told me but I didn't listen. Hope who reads this will listen to me! It's false advertising!

SCAM of a company and the quality is awful. Finally received dress, which was the poor quality, but never received shirt, and they said they resent 3 times. Finally offered a store credit, and every time I asked for my money back, would never hear back from them. So ordered something, that totaled the exact amount of credit, was not going to give them another penny, we will see if I receive. Never order from them again.

Ordered two items in July, 2021. $84.98 Received nothing in 3 months. Repeatedly sent emails to Caramelitta Support. Requested refund. No response. Received one item in November - not as described - poor quality. Inquired about return policy. No response.
Wrote to Rob Bonta Attorney General California. Received letter indicating not able to elicit any response from company. Do not order anything from Caramalitta TRASH

The order took over 4 months to get. In the meantime I tried many times to cancel it. Customer service did not return calls, emails or other inquiries. It finally arrived and the sizing runs way small. It is cheap quality. I would be shocked if you could. Wash it once and it still hold shape. I would send back, but I am unclear where to send it to. Don't waste our money on this. The dress looks nothing like the picture. Total SCAM.

Ordered in may, May 1st to be exact. Have received 2 email confirmations since that day, only because I have complained as to where my order is?
The "automated" response is the same every time. Also, if you try to find a phone number there is not one to be found.
I say to stay far and clear from this company. It's a total scam. NOW! If my clothing happens to show up, i will gladly revoke this review, however if i hold my breath over it I will dead by then.

I waited 5 weeks for one dress that I ordered. The dress came sewn in a unprofessional, cheap fabric, no lining at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. I think anyone would be dissatisfied to even pay over $40 for a dress when anyone can just shop at a more promising known brand. Never again! I am returning this piece of cloth or disputing charges if I do not get free return shipment option. So disappointed!

Horrible customer service, gave me fake tracking numbers, it's been 4 weeks, haven't received my purchase, have demanded a refund with no response. And the address says California, not true, it's a Chinese company, I would have never ordered from them if I knew that.

I ordered three things from this place. One arrived within about a month. The other arrived after 6 weeks and the third is somewhere in the abyss between China and California. The first item was a shirt that fit so horribly there's no way I can wear it. The second was a "cardigan" which came as basically a junky piece of polyester lightweight somewhat scratchy piece of material sewn in two seams to make a poncho type pull over. I'll keep it but it's not worth what I paid. They are a complete scam site. The pictures make the stuff look legit but it is NOT. It is the same quality as on Shein.com but for 6 times the price even with a discount code. AVOID THEM.

I received my order from Caramelitta a few days ago. It was rolled up short sleeve dress with pockets. I love everything about it! It's made of soft cotton material, very comfy. The color is beautiful, royal blue. I'm size 2-4, ordered Small and fits me perfectly. In the fall I will wear it with a jacket on, it looks fantastic with an ivory jacket. I would definetely order more colors of the dress when my size is back in stock.

This company is not selling what it is advertising. Their merchandise is poorly made and it took me 6 weeks to get my order after many emails. I would not order anything else from this company. The company states it is in California, but everything is made in China. Not good!

The item I received was defective. It came from a questionable address- not California. Nothing in flimsy package that referred to who sent it or the order number. BUYER RUN!

I have been waiting over two months to get my product. The service is ridiculous. They continually send me promises that it's shipped and the shipping takes time. But the shipping shows it hasn't even left the facility. When I ask about it they're response is the same. They don't care and don't help. I have now opened a dispute with my credit card company. Will never get the dress. Ridiculous. ONE WORD: RUN!

I ordered 2 items online back in May, right from the start there was poor communication. A few weeks after my order I had to email them asking the status. Then then sent me a email saying it may take time but it was shipped out and they sent me 2 tracking number(usps). It's now July and my tracking barely updates. I don't know if its a fake tracking number. But trust me you don't want to go thru this.

If you're unhappy with your purchase be sure to save the packaging it arrived in and don't let Carmelitta give you the only option of an in-store credit. Return the item to the address listed on the package thru USPS with a tracking number, once it has been delivered contact your credit card company and dispute the charge with proof of your return. Their clothing is trash and they know it that's why they won't offer you a return and refund of your money.
Don't let them rip you off!

Save yourself 2 months of being jerked-around! NO REFUNDS? They didn't tell me that until a month and a half after I wanted a refund! All the other clothing companies give REFUNDS! Everything was wrong with it - it looked like a kid sewed it! 20 emails have gone back and forth and I got suspicious of their credibility - with good reason. I'm sending in a claim to my credit/debit card with my bank and hopefully they can do so something..

I ordered the same top in two different colors. What a fool I was. They look NOTHING like what was advertised. They are different sizes and obviously cut from different patterns. The fabric is ratty and inferior and the sewing looks like it was done by a two year-old. I'm embarrassed that I was taken in by this company. I put the whole mess straight into the trash. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

What a joke, comes from China, quality is made out of a dish towel, buttons won't go in the button hole, threads hanging, seam allowance is 1/8 of an inch. It weighs 6 oz. It took 6 weeks and it is advertised as elegant and its trash. I am serious. I am trying to get a refund and if that doesn't work, I will file a claim with my cc. It's a scam, don't order what you see

I wouldn't even give this company one star if I didn't have to. First of all it took 35 business days so in effect 9 weeks to get my order. The description of the dress said it had a comfortable fit for any figure. I'm not fat but not skinny so when I tried the dress on I found more bumps than I thought I had! Not to mention the fabric... cheap, thin, nasty, hot and not at all breathable! I wouldn't even want to pay $5 let alone $50. They quote in USD but it came from China. Unfortunately the material can't even be used as a rag!

Awful. Scammers. Im in Australia but paid US prices for $#*!e coming from China with no tags - nothing. I am going to fight them and will do everything to help in the process of having them shut down. Shame on them in this day and age when things have been so awful with COVID and the economy etc.

I have been trying to return an item, they keep offering a credit but I want my money back. I have asked to return the item to get a refund but I keep getting offered a credit, or they ask more questions abut why I want to return the item. I have now submitted a claim with my original method of payment. I do not recommend ordering from this company, they will take your money and have poor customer service.

The site Carmalitta.com is not safe for financial transactions and would not take payment through Kaspersky Security. After not receiving shipping information I emailed them and received a fake tracking number for UPS. I am embarrassed and thought I was smarter when it comes to shopping on the internet.

Saw this dress on Facebook and I loved it. Had to try it. It took 6 weeks to arrive, It's definitely home-made (my mom can make this stuff). It's itchy, polyester and you can see through the cheap material. I ordered an extra large. It might be an extra large for an American child but definitely not a 6 foot tall 195 lb woman! Holy crap it isn't comfy at all. Don't let my smile fool you. It is $40 worth of $2 dollar polyester made by some poor, talented person who probably was paid less than it cost to ship! Don't waste your money ladies! And I was a sucker and bought 2 dresses! Added two photos and the advertised photo..

Two of the three items in my purchase stayed in processing status for a while. When the first item arrived in my local postal office USPS changed ETA for it twice, but I guess it's not the fault of the shop. Except from that my experience with Carameltta was positive, they have been replying my messages promptly and helped me with links to keep an eye on my parcels!
